Very beautiful, cosy house "Monte y Mar". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 1'160 m2, garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Monte y Mar", 3-room house 79 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, video, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Rustig en alles aanwezig

Alles was aanwezig. Mooie tuin met tropische planten, zwembad welke klaar was voor gebruik , prachtig uitzicht. Je hebt wel een voertuig nodig.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussic

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Monte Pego. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche über gemütliche Schlafzimmer bis hin zu einer tollen Terrasse mit Pool. Der Panoramablick auf Meer und Berge ist einfach atemberaubend und besonders zum Sonnenaufgang ein Highlight. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, dennoch sind Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto

Schöner warmer Familienurlaub mit Pool

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden, von der Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur Ausstattung des Hauses und dem schönen Ausblick und der freundlichen und schnellen Kommunikation mit Interhome. Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert!

c'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette petite villa, et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis :) la vue est magnifique, la villa est superbe et très fonctionnelle, l'endroit est très calme... bref, un réel plaisir.

schönes Häuschen, total gut eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Super Lage. Als einmal kein Wasser kam, war sofort ein Mechaniker da.

Fijn huis

Dit is een fijn huis waar wij al eerder geweest waren en graag nog eens terugkomen. Veel huizen in de buurt hebben (buiten) trappen, dit huis heeft alles gelijkvloers, wat fijn is met kleine kinderen. Voor ons is het enige minpuntje van deze woning dat er geen vaatwasser is. Bij 'Keuken & keukengerei' heb ik 'slecht' ingevuld omdat het keukengerei gewoon niet schoon was.

Location qui a surpassé nos attentes. La vue est magnifique, aucun vis à vis et un endroit extrêmement calme où l'on peut se ressourcer en toute quiétude. Très bon équipement également à l'intérieur de la maison. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres mais des ventilateurs efficaces qui font parfaitement l'affaire.

Auch beim 2. mal ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten schon 2018 versprochen "wir werden wieder kommen". Das haben wir getan. Das Haus, der Pool, die Aussicht, ... einfach Klasse. Wenn man auf sehr hohem Niveau etwas wünschen könnte wäre es eine Klimaanlage, da die Nächte doch sehr warm waren. Aber das wurde durch zwei vorhandene Standventilatoren etwas gemildert. Und das lokale Team von Interhome ist sehr zuvorkommend. Nach anfänglichen vermutlich EDV Problemen bei der Anmeldung sehr hilfsbereit. Hier gibts noch einen Extrastern :-)

Buenas vacaciones

La casa tiene muy buenas vistas pero habría que arreglar alguna cosa, como las sartenes, tuvimos que comprar unas…eran inutilizables. El baño habría que actualizarlo un poco….y si tendría aire acondicionado sería insuperable. La piscina se 10.
