Loved our stay. Being so close to Sullivan’s Island was great. Easy to get downtown and the house has a great home like atmosphere. Tina was wonderful to work with and very helpful with local information.
Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and near wonderful restaurants and Patriot Point. Easy drive into Charleston. The owner was easily accessed and helpful.
Attending high school LaCrosse tournament in Oceanview and needed a convenient location and this was perfect! Very clean and ample room for the three of us. Very friendly and accommodating Host. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
This property was everything that it stated it would be. Such a very nice place to stay. The owner was very responsive and made our stay feel very welcoming.
Nice setup with very easy access to groceries, restaurants and beach. Owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay at this property again.
The property is close to Sullivan's Island in Mt. Pleasant. It is quiet, has a lovely back yard, and is well provisioned. Very comfortable beds. We would stay there again.
My husband and I had a lovely time visiting the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. The home was decorated beautifully, the host was very responsive and the location was close to all that we wanted to do. The bonus part was the incredible backyard which served as an amazing habitat for birds. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck as we listened to the peaceful sounds around us. We will definitely return!
Great location! You are close to many great restaurants, the beach, and within walking distance of Old Mt. Pleasant!
We also enjoyed the backyard/ garden! It was well kept up and a nice place to enjoy breakfast outside!
Well maintained and clean townhouse a couple of miles from Sullivan beach. Small personal touch of welcome gifts from host were appreciated. Would definitely rent again if staying in the area.
First, Tina is very responsive and has a great property. Many restaurants and a Publix in walking distance. Sullivan’s Island is an easy bike ride. The home is spacious and very comfortable. We hope to stay there again.
This home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, the offerings of Mt Pleasant, and easily accessible to Charleston. The place is extremely clean with unique decorations and impressive gardens. Tina, the host, is very hospitable and cares greatly that you are comfortable. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.
We had a wonderful stay. This was my first time making reservations at a VRBO. Tina made the experience so easy and her place is perfect. Inside is very comfortable extremely well kept. The outside deck and patio are perfect great places to have morning coffee and relax during the day. The location is so convenient to so many things to do. Right down the street from the Shem Creek area. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I am hoping to go back.
Easy to get to, wonderful location between Charleston and isle of palms beaches. we also enjoyed spending time visiting plantations in the area. Purchased vegetables, fruit and shrimp at the Boon Plantation Roadside stand and had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix a fabulous seafood dinner one night. We also Visited , Charleston, and The Angel Tree. The townhouse is located off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. All the essentials and more areprovided. The owner was easy to contact and very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a fun, relaxing and lovely getaway with friends. Thank you Tina for letting us enjoy your beautiful townhouse!! Can’t wait to plan our next visit!
The property was a 5 in several characteristics not part of the review. It was exceptionally clean, a great location (Publix is very walkable and old town Mt Pleasant is a short drive) and better provisioned than any rental I’ve had. Plus the host, Tina, is super responsive. Obviously I highly recommend it
We were in the area for a mother-daughter weekend. We were glad we stayed in Mt Pleasant instead of in Charleston. Only a few minutes drive to Charleston over the bridge for tours and sites but we enjoyed the quiet, safe and private driveway area of the house. There is a cute neighborhood area with lovely southern homes behind the townhouse with a beautiful walking bridge on the water- Pitt Street Bridge- highly recommend! We saw sharks and dolphins right there! We had a wonderful lunch at Page’s Ocra Grill as well as enjoyed breakfast at Viscious Biscuit. In Charleston we loved the food tour we did, shopping at the market and cute shops, seeing the city sites and had a relaxed casual dinner at Rudy’s Royale. Great trip! Would book again.
Our stay at Tina’s home was perfect! I have not one complaint what so ever! The home was spotless and smelt so clean as soon as we stepped foot in. The home was provided with extra towels/washcloths. There was WiFi that was easy to access as well. Everything we needed was provided. Beach access was less than 7 min down the road. Lots of shops and places to eat just minutes down the road. There was a Mexican restaurant right at the next stop light by the house. Our stay was comfortable and the home was very homey. We will be back and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you!
