We had a really comfortable stay and made some wonderful family memories. The host was an excellent communicator and made everything easy by providing clear, timely information prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The location was especially convenient—just a few minutes from restaurants and Disney World, with the community waterpark only a short walk away when we wanted something more than the private plunge pool. A great home base for a family Disney vacation.

The location & communication are the best perks. Also, the poolside market and grill cannot be overlooked. The food and drinks are cheap and NOT resort pricing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Toy Story Room! It had everything we needed and was in a super convenient location. The host was very responsive and quick to help with anything that came up. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Perfect!

We stayed over the holiday break and had a great week! The townhouse has everything you could possibly need and the kids loved the Toy Story room & private pool. The location is a short walk to the clubhouse and pool/water park. Carlo was very responsive during our stay and checked in to ensure everything was going well.

Place is perfect. Very clean, modern, great for kids and couldn't possibly have a better location. Minute walk to clubhouse and everything you need from Walmart to Disney are close driving distance. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful stay in an amazing townhome

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Toy Box Townhouse. Prior to coming communication from Carlo was really good, and we were able to arrive at Windsor Hills ready to check in. The townhouse itself was amazing, clean and was well stocked with everything that we could possibly need. My kids absolutely loved the Toy Story room and all the attention to detail that was in it. I honestly can't think of any negatives to write (which is very unlike me!). Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Carlo was an incredible host to work with. He was extremely attentive and generous. Our family got stuck due to a storm at home and he let us stay, without hassle, for 3 extra days at an extremely discounted price. His unit is very clean and the Toy Story room was a hit! The proximity to the pool is an added bonus. I give it 5 stars without hesitation.

Perfect location, great stay!

This was my first time staying off property for a Disney vacation and Carlo was a great host. The location of this townhouse was easy to find and close to the clubhouse and amenities. The home was accommodating for our whole party of 3 generations. It was clean, quiet, and any questions we had during our stay were promptly addressed. Thanks for having us!

Amazing as Always

This is our 3rd stay at Toy Box Townhouse and it keeps getting better. The pool was spotless and warm The bedrooms are clean and the living room very accommodating. On this trip our daughter came down with a serious seasonal flu/fever and while it put a damper on our trip, we were sooooo thankful we were staying at Toy box for its accommodations. (60 seconds to Walmart, every room has its own bathroom, super comfortable coach, full kitchen) It’s 7 minutes to animal kingdom, 8 to Hollywood studios, 10 to Epcot, and 15 to mk door to door….. simply put Toy Box Townhouse can’t be beat

This has been our best stay yet!!! We loved it here! It was so clean and so well taken care of. They are the best host! They had trash bags, toilet paper, coffee/creamers and sugars!! Saved us a ton of time shopping! Wonderful experience!! I would highly recommend! We will stay here again!!

True to It's Name

Home was well taken care of. Up to date kitchen appliances. All rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Perfect location, just about a 1 block walk to pool and gym. Owner responsive to all questions via vrbo app in very timely manner. Recommend this property highly. Woodys room has video games and sleeps three children.

Thanksgiving at Toy Box

Toy Box rental offers a fantastic stay close to the pool/clubhouse/game room. The unit itself is well-maintained and comes equipped with the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient. Communication from start to finish was excellent and super easy. Overall, Toy Box provides an excellent balance of comfort and convenience. It's highly recommended for those seeking a hassle-free and vacation space.

Wonderful Stay

The townhouse looks exactly as it’s pictured. The home was spotless and provided far more supplies than any rental we have stayed in previously. Carlo was wonderful to deal with - always quick to respond to our million questions, or address any minor things that arose. The townhouse is in a perfect location to use the Windsor Hills amenities. The whole community is clean, quiet and felt very safe. Windsor Hills is perfectly located for Disney and Universal, and to all the stores and restaurants on 192. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay was amazing!

We had the very best time at Toy Box Townhouse! We found Carlo and his wife through the private Windsor Hills Facebook group and they were both so helpful! This place was amazing and super clean! Carlo responded to emails and texts within 10 minutes- the dryer stopped working and he had someone there to fix it immediately! With a curious 3 year old, we appreciated the alarm on the patio door as well as the added security of the mesh gate for the pool. The pool was clean and we all enjoyed having it heated during our stay. We will stay here again!
