Kids really felt at home quickly in the house! Fishing was a hit and lots of time was spent around the poker table! The large spaces like the kitchen table and the couch fit our large group so well we were able to include everyone all the time.

Why they chose this property

When you see the view, you'll have no doubt in your mind why we purchased this home. We have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2007 and the lakes in Bella Vista are some of the BEST! With its proximity to some of the BEST mountain biking trails NWA has to offer and to Bentonville's Square, there is no better place to stay than here at Double Down.

What makes this property unique

When you stay at Double Down you not only get to enjoy the benefit of having a private swimming pool (available May - the end of September) and lake access, you also get the benefit of having us as your hosts. We have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2006 and are avid mountain bikers, marathoners, triathletes, foodies, and most importantly, parents. We are happy to help customize your trip and give you suggestions to make your trip to Northwest Arkansas the most memorable and fun ever.
