This three-bedroom oceanfront unit offers a great value for guests who prioritize location over amenities, especially as the area recovers from the Lahaina fire. The new owners are planning a much-needed remodel, which will take place once the island starts recovering from fire damage, thus, this unit is available at a reduced price. With its direct oceanfront views, you’ll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the Pacific, making it a perfect retreat for those who love the ocean.
The unit features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. The living room, located on the street side of the unit, houses the TV, while the family room opens up to the lanai and includes a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. After a day of paddle-boarding or building sandcastles on the beach, unwind in the comfort of your private indoor/outdoor accommodation. Grill dinner on the lanai while enjoying incredible sunsets between Lanai and Kaho'olawe islands, and take in the sights of surfers and whales in the distance.
Puamana, a 30-acre oceanfront, low-density gated community, sustained some damage from the fire. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use. Although Lahaina town was severely impacted, the location still offers easy access to island exploration.
While this unit does not have central AC, portable AC units have been installed in the three bedrooms for your comfort. This property remains a serene retreat for those seeking the beauty and tranquility of Maui’s coastline during this time of recovery.
