We loved this little house on the hill! It is 3 levels, so some room to spread out. Very comfortable beds and living space. So cute! Parking is limited and the outdoor space is too, but you have the community space with pool, soccer, tennis, basketball so not an issue but room for grill and fire pit would be nice in the mountains. Otherwise, fabulous stay and kids really liked it here. Great communication and response as well. We'd def stay again!
Not applicable. We think the upstairs master shower drain was very slow, we replaced batteries in the TV remote on the main room. Outlet in loft left side didn't work. Very nice house. Just providing info.
We loves our time at this property. We had 4 adults and one 6 year old and the space was perfect for our needs. The location is also central to everything in the High Country. The host was also very communicative and checked in our stay regularly. We’ll be back!
This property was very cozy and had everything we needed. The entry floor has a living space, foosball table, laundry room, queen bedroom and full bath. The bathroom is not accessible from the bedroom but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Up the stairs is a kitchen, living room, entry to the balcony and outside, king bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is not accessible from the bedroom which was a small inconvenience but not a huge deal. From the living room there is another set of stairs to the loft with 2 full size beds. It is a loft so open to the main living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need and the manager text us to check on us and our stay. The owners also provide great information on the area in their check in document. Other than being careful with kids on the stairs (which are kind of steep and narrow), great place for anyone to enjoy!
The house was exceptionally clean and spacious as well as all beds comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary coffee. Great coffee shop less than 5 minutes away serving wonderful breakfast sandwiches and pastries. We visited in the Fall so the outdoor pool was closed. However, the neighborhood looked clean and felt safe. Slight hill to get to house otherwise regular roads. As long as you have no problems with steps/stairs you will love the place.
