Gulf Coast Getaway's would like to welcome the "Skyview Penthouse" to our great inventory of elite Beachfront condos!  We are very excited to add another premium unit that will be a favorite for all who choose this great destination condo.  This unit has some of the best views you will find on Navarre Beach - direct beach front view straight ahead - entire Island view to the west all the way down for miles - and lastly incredible sound/bay views from the back bedrooms.

The Skyview has tremendous space and a great layout.  It is a large condo at over 1950 sq-ft, open floor plan with great room, dining area, breakfast nook, and updated kitchen.  It boasts 3 large bedrooms all with their own on suite bathroom - master bedroom has a king bed, shower, and large tub.  The second bedroom with incredible North views of the sound/bay also has a king bed with it's own on suite bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and on suite bathroom.  

Skyview Penthouse is on the Penthouse level 18th floor, end unit at Beach Colony West building.  It does include all of the great Beach Colony amenities - Resort pool (huge), garage top Tennis Courts (2 of them), Pickle Ball Court and work out room, common grilling area, and of course great white sandy beach frontage.

Five friends and I had a wonderful,relaxing stay for four days here. Everything was as described. The whole property was clean and felt safe. The condo has breathtaking views and nearby restaurants made it easy to bring in food so we didn’t have to “go out”. We give it a 10!

Condo was great. Always love staying at Navarre beach. The building had balcony work going on the entire time we stayed and the drilling and power washing all day was annoying. Although they told us there wouldn't be anyone in the condo, they did come through the unit one day. The condo is non smoking, but it did smell like cigarettes.

The views are spectacular and the condo is spacious and very clean. It has plenty amenities for cooking and for the guys, it has a huge 80” flat screen for watching games and the AC keeps it very cold. Plenty room for my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms. One item of note in October 2025 is there is construction going on that wasn’t disclosed until 10 mins before check in time so their is scaffolding outside the balcony and we had workers on our balcony at 8am each morning and other times throughout the day which was a bit of a disappointment as my wife enjoys drinking coffee outside in the mornings. Just something to be aware of if you are booking in the near term. Otherwise, you won’t be disappointed with the condo and location.

Golf Trip

Stayed here the last week of February, everything was as advertised and pictures were accurate. There were just a few minor issues but nothing that would keep me from coming back. We had a few issues with the TV and WiFi in the living room, after coming in from golfing all day we had trouble getting the TV to work on a couple of evenings. That’s really the only complaint I had, and the rental company was quick to respond with solutions to try. Overall we had an excellent stay

Our favorite beach spot!

This our 7th stay at Beach Colony and our first time in this condo. It was great! The condo was exactly as pictured and the views are perfect. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again. Only thing that we found we needed during our stay was sharper knives and oven mitts. ;)

Vacation 2024

We try and stay at Beach Colony every year, the facility is beautiful. We did decide to try the penthouse suites this year. The suite was beautiful but the layout was exactly the same as all the other condos we have stayed in. The next time we will probably elect to stay a few floors down to have a second balcony. The sunset views from this condo will take your breath away.

Fantastic views

I’d recommend this unit to folks with one exception and it’s not the fault of the condo’s owner. The property in front of the unit has bright flood lights pointing at the top of the building. It makes it unbearable to sit on the balcony at night. It’s like having a flashlight shining in your eyes. It also affects the overall brightness in the penthouse. It’s incredibly unfortunate because that’s where we would have liked to spend our evenings.

Had a great time. Everything was wonderful. Felt safe and comfortable. Loved the area and beach was beautiful. Took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella service. Washer and dryer was full size and worked great. Only problem was refrigerator leaked and door was wonky. Place was roomy and very comfortable. Plenty on utensils for cooking. Loved it

It worked perfectly for us, the only complaints we had was not being able to have a drink in the pool, and they had an employee out there monitoring that, and the sign said you could have water and the employee said no to even bottled water, so we did not spend time at the pool and the elevators were very hot , not sure anything you can do about that but they were very uncomfortable, other than that we had a great vacation.

Fantastic condo and vacation!

Thia condo was fabulous! It was exactly as listed, maybe even better. Super spacious for our group of 7. The views from all the rooms were beautiful! The pool was very nice, especially after being at the beach for most of the day. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella rental were included. The chairs were not the most comfortable, but they were better than carrying your own back and forth. Be sure to check the parking garage size before you show up in a large vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

Would absolutely not recommend this property. The listing says “penthouse” and you are certainly paying a premium for this however you are not on the top floor. Drawers in the bathroom had hair in them. The bed in one of the bedrooms literally had BLOOD on the linens still (appeared that someone had menstruated in the sheets) and were not changed, just re made—we had to wait quite a while for someone to come change these. Bathroom floors had excrement around the toilet plunger/brush. Elevators had dog feces in the floor which the dog owners did not bother cleaning up. One night someone threw a watermelon off the building onto the parking deck (hopefully didn’t hit a car!). The parking deck is cramped and difficult to navigate if you drive anything larger than a compact car. I requested just my room number ahead of time (not even the access codes) so that my family who was staying in the same building would know where we were and management refused to provide this—interestingly my family who was staying in the same building was provided this information days ahead of time. Given what I realized after arriving, likely this is because what is advertised as a “penthouse” is on the 18th floor and not the top (19th) floor, where there are more rooms. The one positive of this place is the location but was not even vaguely worth the rest of the issues.

Great Location, Amazing Views!

The views from this condo are breath-taking! Being able to have every room have a bathroom was very nice as well. If I had any complaint, it's actually about the beach. You *can* bring your own shade/tent, but the beach in front of the property is set up with umbrellas and chairs to rent. The front row is rented quickly, and for the week, which means you have to fork out money for the view of the back of another family, or find a spot down away from the property. Outside of this, it's an ideal location. We were able to walk to Juana's, Windjammers, and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, which was fantastic since we didn't have a car. :)
