This luxury 11th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations with an office on site.

*NOTE: Beach Colony West has exterior balcony work scheduled through October 10. This unis is not affected, however rates have been adjusted. No refunds or additional discounts will be applied during this time.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king beds in the second bedroom, and 1 queen sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with smart televisions.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

Winter rates are deeply discounted and based on 2 guests. Additional winter guests will increase the nightly rate by 20%.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call our office to reserve prior to arrival.

Condo was nice and clean, loved the outside deck area but wood bench and chair could use some better cushions, felt like you were sitting on the wood surface, pretty sure people would appreciate better cushions for that area, loved the area and restaurants, will be sure to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and very clean. The balcony was perfect for meals, all shade after about 10am. My only negative comments concern the property. There was no restrooms on the grounds near the pool. This is a huge inconvenience if you have children. Secondly, although we paid extra for premium seating on a 2nd set of beach chairs, we could never get on the front row (although many of the reserved chairs for owners stayed empty). This is the first time I have ever encountered this in all our many travels to the beach. However, we still had a great time and would consider a return visit.

Very Nice Condo

This condo was very clean and roomy! It had comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, and comfortable deck seating. We enjoyed our stay! It had hand soap, paper towels, etc. there for you which helps. I only have two small items that weren’t perfect. The kitchen equipment was not great. If you were planning on cooking meals, it could use some improvement. And the master bedroom only has one vent so it was warmer in that bedroom than the rest of the house.

Beautiful property!

The condo was VERY well stocked, with the fantastic addition of lap blankets in the living room. So spacious! More than enough room! Enjoyed the jetted tub but the walk in shower was perfect for my mother! Kitchen was equipped well, we even used the outdoor grill one night and dinner was fantastic! Love that the owner gave us such detailed instructions. Beds were very comfortable. Beach view spectacular. Pool was very large and sparkling clean every day. Towels in the unit excellent quality. Can’t think of a thing to improve upon!!!! The beach of course was absolutely gorgeous as well, appreciated the chairs and umbrella that came with the condo! Thanks for a fantastic week!!!

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The pool was chilly (we had cool weather) but we loved catching some rays. The beach is beyond compare, just beautiful and so easy to get to from the condo. The location is just what we like- quiet but easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. DeeAnna was quick to answer any questions and the communication for arrival and departure was clear and easy to follow. We loved every minute of our stay!

This condo is perfect for beach time with friends. Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! We needed nothing! The furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. Perfect location…5 minutes for grocery, restaurants, etc. View was amazing & the highlight was the fireworks show on the Navarre pier. We will be back!!
