Ferienwohnung (75qm) mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche und Südterrasse
Pleinfeld im Fränkischen Seenland ist mit seinen Ortsteilen die größte Anliegergemeinde am Brombachsee. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen und ca. 600 m oder 5-10 Gehminuten vom großen Brombachsee und Badestrand Ramsberg entfernt. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 75 m2 verfügt die Wohnung über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über Dusche und Badewanne, WC. Die Wohnküche mit großzügigem Essbereich grenzt an das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (1,50m, 2 Schlafplätze) und Südterrasse. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit Filterkaffeemaschine, SENSEO Kaffeepad Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Teekanne mit Stövchen, Thermoskanne, Umluft Backofen, Ceranfeld, Geschirr für 6 Personen, Spülmaschine, TV-DVD/Blue Ray, Fön, 2 Küchenhandtücher, Bettwäsche und Handtücher (nach Belegung). Kinderreisebettchen und Hochstuhl stellen wir auf Anfrage gerne zur Verfügung! Öffentliche Parkplatze direkt vor dem Haus.
