Welcome to the Villa "Waterway Dream"!

Our home offers our guests and in particular families a maritime oasis for relaxing vacations under the motto "Your home of joy and comfort".

This single family home is located in a quiet but central residential area in the SW of Cape Coral. The villa has undergone wide renovation since we purchased it in 2017. As we are a family with 2 kids, we strive for a family-friendly home with regards to fixtures & furnitures, safety features, but also fun equipment like beach or pool equipment or board games. On rainy days you may also watch TV. You'll feel like home in our home right from the very first moment.

The villa offers you on approx. 1,600 sqft 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen size bed), 2 bathrooms as well as an open kitchen and a laundry under A/C. More than that the villa is located on a fresh water canal with a screened pool and patio. Stores for daily needs like Walmart and Publix are just minutes away. Probably you won´t need much more, because in the villa you have all the amenities you need for you stay. You can prepare great food either in the kitchen with modern appliances both major and small, or with the 4-burner BBQ on the patio.

The large sliding glass door of the living room not only provides access to the patio and pool, but also provides plenty of light. The living area has a large, comfortable sitting area with recline function for a relaxed TV or board game evening. The large Smart-TV, is perfect for your entertainment experience. The soundbar can be used to stream your favorite music from your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.

Lamps next to the sofa provide perfect light to read a book or to create a cozy atmosphere.

Board games, travel guides and info flyer won't let you get bored.

The kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances. That doesn't only look great, but also saves energy and ensures a relaxed holiday. The fridge awaits with ice cubes big and small, and has a beverage station for convenient access to water and soft drinks. BTW: thanks to a whole house water filter system you can drink water from any tap. One thing less to worry, especially with kids! The large stove & oven are ready to prepare delicious dishes and the dishwasher will clean the dishes while you relax in the pool already. A K-Cup-Coffeemaker brews your favorite coffee on your fingertip. For fans of a filtered coffee, we also have a normal coffee machine. Also you'll find smaller appliances like a blender, toaster, mixer, egg cooker, and kettle and sufficient quantity of table ware.

The dining area seats up to 6 people. There is additional seating capacity at the counter ... but anyway, you'll most likely eat on the patio. 😊

In total three bedrooms with walk-in closets offer space for loads of luggage and not least your shoppings of the countless malls and outlets. 😊

The master bedroom features a king-size bed for relaxed nights. Also you find a convertible chair that can be used as an additional bed. There is also enough space to arrange a baby bed. The attached master bath is only accessible thru the master bedroom. So you won't have to share it with anyone else. 😊

The other two bedrooms have a king-size bed or queen-size bed respectively. These two rooms are located right next to the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms with king-size bed are equipped with an additional flat screen TV. The queen-size bedroom hold a selection of toys for our little guests.

Both King Size bedrooms feature sliding doors with direct access to the pool area.

P o o l & L a n a i
The patio and the pool area are accessible from the living area, the master bedroom and the guest bathroom.

The pool area is south-facing, partly covered and offers enough space for sunbathing and relaxing. A large table with 6 seats and a large gas grill with cooking plate awaits you. Ideal for relaxing (barbecue) evenings or romantic sunsets. For the safety of our little guests a security pool fence can be installed to separate the pool area from the lanai.

Our home features both, solar and electrical heating for the pool. The electrical heater was installed in January 2025 and will be activated on request. The cost is $10/day.

O u t d o o r & D o c k
If you can't make it to the beach, just enjoy the sunset on the boat dock! 2 typical Adirondack chairs invite you to linger. A table provides space for the drinks and the solar lighting ensures that you will find your way inside safely, even after sunset. On the boat dock you may try fishing or observe the animals (e.g. eagles, turtles, etc.) The broad freshwater canal system can be discovered using a boat or kayak. For insurance reason we do not provide any boats on site!

In the garden you'll find a huge Mango tree and a Coconut palm tree. Ripe fruits can be cropped during your stay. Enjoy!

S m o k i n g & P e t s
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the whole house! There are smoke detectors inside all rooms. If approved by the owner, smaller pets might be brought to the home. Additional cleaning costs apply.
