The property just underwent a top-to-bottom renovation and has new appliances and new furniture. It has 2 bedrooms - both with a king bed. The new bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and two vanity sinks. You will also have high-speed WiFi and a 55" Sony SmartTV. You may also take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen, including a drip coffee machine and a toaster, and a new full-sized washer and dryer. Unlike many apartments in the neighborhood, the property has a private backyard space.

Perfect Location

We wanted to stay in the Bishop Arts district and this location was perfect. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accomodating. The apartment was as described and comfortable.

Perfect weekend getaway spot

This spotless beautiful house was perfect for two couples in Dallas for the weekend. The two king beds were super comfortable and every corner of the house contained thoughtful touches. We walked everywhere in Bishop Arts neighborhood. Highlrecommend
