The downstairs suit is located just off the incredible bar area (downstairs-bar and family room) The back yard is remarkable, hot tub, horseshoe pits, full outdoor living room equipped with cable television, gas BBQ, dahlia and vegetable gardens. There is also a workout area in the garage featuring a treadmill and weights. This fantastic home is centrally located, just 3.8 miles from Hayward Field, 4.3 miles from Autzen Stadium and 3 miles from downtown Eugene.
