The roof top deck boasts the most amazing 360 degree views of the Rehoboth Bay and Atlantic Ocean. These outdoor living spaces invite your family to spread out to enjoy each other together or to retreat more privately amongst the six outdoor areas. Enjoy family fun by the luxurious pool deck with a full outdoor covered living room and open air patio with beautiful gardens for taking in the sun all day long – or just relax early evenings and enjoy the four person MasterSpa hot tub. There is also a small 3-4 person patio off the north side of the pool deck.

For a more relaxed vibe, retreat to the main floor porch (off the kitchen area) which features a living, dining and bar area with amazing views of the Rehoboth Bay – here you will find a state-of-the-art Lynx gas grill with full rotisserie that will satisfy any gourmet chef’s culinary adventures. The large third floor porch has phenomenal views of the Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic Ocean and a relaxing sofa seating area, dining table that seats 6-8, pub table and pub chairs for eight. All three porches have gorgeous mahogany wood ceilings and ceiling fans. The five-star water views are enjoyed most on the large, fourth floor roof-top deck which boasts the most impressive 360 degree water views of the Bay and Ocean. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets at this little rooftop oasis will leave you speechless – add a margarita, beer or glass of wine and you have the best happy hour ocean and bay views you can ask for. Just doesn’t get any better than this.

The main living space (second floor) is expansive and luxurious, while retaining a super cozy charm and casual elegance. Enter through the open foyer where you will find a Thermador gourmet kitchen with two large freestanding islands, one 3x10 and the second 5x12 – both completely open to the living and dining areas for perfect gathering space for evening dinners together with family The large custom made table seats14 with the adjacent kitchen island seating 5 and the second island seating 10 so the family can gather and enjoy one space together seamlessly. The light streaming in from the 15 large, floor to ceiling windows is refreshing. There is a 60 inch gas fireplace available for use in the spring and fall season. There are two living rooms on this floor as well as two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. An exquisite master suite with master bath with two person rain shower, king bed, fireplace and floor to ceiling window with stunning view of the Rehoboth Bay. The second bedroom has a king bed and full bath just off the bedroom with large rain shower.

The third floor has an additional second full living room and kitchen with Thermador appliances and 12 x 12 foot center island that seats 10 people comfortably. This open concept space also includes a full living area with 85” TV, and small pub table that seats four. There is a covered porch off this level with views of the ocean and bay, dining seating for 6-8, a living seating area, pub table with 6 bar stools to take in the sea breeze and all the views at sunrise or sunset. The third level is perfect for families with kids as there are four additional bedrooms on this level. The main master suite with king bed has a huge ensuite luxury bathroom with double sink, 4 person rain shower and gorgeous soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, bedroom three has two queen beds with views of bay.

The ground level is designed with 9 foot ceilings and white ship lap walls. There are four additional bedrooms and three full baths on this level. The large master suite has a gracious en-suite bath, with granite counters and gorgeous rain shower. There are two “kids” rooms on this level one with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other with a bunk and a twin (sleeps 3). The fourth bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Additionally, there is a playroom / work out room adjacent to the pool with 60 flat screen TV (streaming). This area can be used as a kids TV room (lots of bean bag chairs) or an adult yoga / work out room This room opens to the pool deck and has a beverage refrigerator and coffee maker.

The chefs of the family will fall in love with the gourmet kitchen and center island large enough to seat eight. If you can tear yourself away from the kitchen, you can wander out onto one of the many porches overlooking both the pool and Rehoboth Bay off of the back of the house and take in ocean views from the third floor porch and the unprecedented full views of the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay from the large roof-top deck.

The nine bedrooms are situated on all three levels, many with private bathrooms! There are three laundry rooms, one on each floor.
Off season rates are for up to 13 guests, each additional guest $55 per night.

Boat Dock Available at Dewey Beach Yacht Club on Rodney (about 5 blocks from the house). Can be rented upon request and based on availability , Boat excursions can be booked based on availability. Inquire about scheduling and pricing.

All guests must supply their own sheets and bath towels. Beach Towels provided .

This property does not allow pets or smoking. All occupants must be listed on the lease with approx age.


Pool can be heated in off season. $150 for stays up to one week. Longer stays are charged accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Many guests like the ambiance of the pool to sit by and many like to swim even though it is cooler. Pool heat fee is $150 per stay and required April-mid June & Sept- late Nov. If temperatures are below the low 50's at night ,the pool will likely only heat to 70-75 degrees with the pool heat running constantly. Heated temperature all depends on the evening temperatures. If there is unforeseen severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would cause the pool to be closed, the pool heat will be refunded.

We do require all guests purchase a $5,000 Property Damage Protection Insurance Policy. Cost for this policy is approximately $120.00. We will require confirmation of company and policy number once the insurance is purchased.


Occupancy from Sept through May rates are for up to 12 persons, additional $55 per person per night.
