Harbour House is a charming harbourfront villa that offers a 51-foot newly completed dock and 2,800 square feet of entirely renovated living space with brand-new modern finishes throughout. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this well-appointed home is the ideal rental for multi-generational families or two families with kids to make lasting memories together.
Upon entering the home, you will be amazed at the spacious chef’s kitchen, which is fully equipped with a THOR 6-burner stove/oven, a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a 5-gallon water cooler and many more small appliances and kitchen necessities. The eat-in dining space is the perfect spot for gathering as a group to savor a tasty meal of fresh-caught seafood and enjoy each-other’s company. Just off the dining room is a set of french doors that open onto the home’s expansive covered porch. From here, you can keep an eye on your boat right across the street while enjoying an evening cocktail with friends. The main floor of the home also offers a comfortable living room, a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom and a laundry room.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor of the home where you will find the master suite with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a desk space for those of you who need to stay connected while on vacation. Three additional bedrooms and a full bath complete the sleeping accommodations on this floor. One of the most desirable features of the home is the second-floor covered balcony, the ideal space for an early morning coffee surrounded by peace and tranquility that this beautiful island has to offer. Sarah was very helpful from start to finish. She greeted us at the ferry and arranged our ferry/taxi and golf cart. The house was clean and well stocked with all new finishes. Location could not be better for boating, beach and access to restaurants. We were also surprised with local flowers, fresh bread and mangos at check-in.

Fabulous house, well appointed and excellent dock. Highly recommend and will certainly be back! We are in the Bahamas and in particular Spanish Wells often and this was the best stay by far! Thank you to Sarah too!

My family and I enjoyed everything about this house. The kids loved all the water sports and I was able to use the dock for my boat. The dock is perfect for any size boat.

We had a great stay this summer! Very comfortable accommodations for 2 families, great kitchen and common area set up as well! House manager was super helpful, even set up transport for a late arriving guest. Dock was awesome for 2 boats with power and water. We travel a lot in the Bahamas via private boat, and this was one of our favorite spots!

Second time here!

We have stayed at Harbour House two years in a row and it was once again wonderful! We have 2 families that each bring a boat, and it is very comfortable and roomy accommodations. Having the boats right in front of the house makes the days much easier to get out and explore. The house is very well appointed and has everything we need for a quiet relaxing week! Most importantly, Sarah is the best to work with and goes above and beyond to help with our needs during the stay! Highly recommend!!

lovely stay

as we had a catamaran being able to tie up to the dock was excellent. be careful of low tide as it's quite shallow in spots coming in. House was great. feedback is that there could be more beach equipment for how big the house is and cost: only 2 beach chairs and kayaks and a few umbrellas/sand blankets. We also had to kill a wasp nest on the balcony which was no big deal. host was great!

Spanish Wells Summer 2025

Best trip ever. Harbor House had everything we needed. The host communicates well and is super responsive and the house is beautiful, clean, well positioned and well appointed. They have thought of everything you could need. I have not been to another property that was as well stocked with things you need and may have forgotten. My wife was in love with the kitchen and we were able to make huge family meals very comfortably. We had water and WiFi issues due to a massive storm (and didn’t much care because we were at the beach and in the islands!) and Sarah took care of them immediately! This was my favorite house to date and the dock was great! Thank you!

Spanish Paradise

Not only is this property even more beautiful and convenient than described, but our host, Sarah, was absolutely outstanding. She not only personally picked us up at the port, but also arranged seamless transportation to and from the property. In addition, Sarah reserved the golf carts for our convenience and even went the extra mile by arranging a pack-and-play for the little ones. We cannot express enough gratitude to Sarah for her exceptional assistance. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond to make our stay truly remarkable.

Absolutely gorgeous property!

We've been to Spanish Wells many times but always stay somewhere different. This was the first time we stayed on the channel - it was beautiful. This property is brand new and insanely large. It was spotless on our arrival. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is professional - if you like to cook your own fish, this house is for you! Having the private dock was a dream for my kids - they fished the entire time. Property manager, Sarah, is very kind and extremely responsive - arranged for our travel to and from the airport as well as golf carts. Also had food in the house ahead of time as the grocery was closed due to holiday. Had an issue with the wifi which she had fixed immediately. Can't say enough about Sarah and this house! We had a great time - you will too!:) Would definitely stay again.
