We have visited Surf Condos many times and Margaret's place is one of the best! It was very clean, well decorated, and being on the first floor was a huge plus. Margaret was really helpful when we had some issues with our booking (VRBO's fault, not hers) and was very quick with communication. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Condo!

Such a nice condo. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were nice, and the view was good. We really enjoyed our little getaway. The condo was in a perfect spot. We could see the waves at the beach and could also check out the pool from the window. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The bunk beds were comfy and so was the king size bed. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place!

The view of the ocean is wonderful, this unit is very close to the beach access point and to the pool. It is a first floor unit so you have covered parking and only one flight of stairs to climb which was what sold me. Margaret and Anthony, the hosts, were wonderful, Anthony even came to show me how to use the TV because I don't have cable so I don't know how to use the remote. These are older condos so there is some wear but the kitchen is updated and the king bed was very comfortable and I'm very picky about beds. This was great for me. Comes with plenty of dishes in the kitchen, the half-bath is between the hallway and the full bath so it is convenient to the bunk beds.

Great weekend getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend visiting Surf City. The Condo was clean and beach access was very easy. Overall the location was great. A short drive to restaurants, etc where we were able to find parking easily.

Excellent family property!

We had the best time! The condo has a wonderful view, was clean & easily accessible from ocean or pool. Did 3 stars on location only bc it’s about a mile + walk to downtown which is a hike in the heat with littles. Otherwise excellent excellent property. Was concerned with the lack of laundry but the easy on site laundry facility was great. Margaret checked in with us routinely to see if we had any issues or concerns. Defintiely recommend and hope to be back!
