Stay at this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath pool home nestled on a 1/2 acre lot. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood is only 3/4 of a mile to great shopping and fine dinning! The home has open concept living/dining area with cathedral ceiling. The breakfast bar and eat in kitchen looks out onto the beautiful pool and back yard. The huge master bedroom has KING size bed with en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a very comfortable KING size mattress as well as a shared full bathroom. This home offers sliding glass doors out to the Florida sun room with two very comfortable couches. A fully screened in lanai has a LARGE 14x32 sparkling salt water pool (can be heated for additional fee) and plenty of room for entertaining. Situated inside the large lanai is an outdoor dinning space perfect for poolside dining. Newly added large covered patio and grilling area. The beautifully landscaped property has lots of palm trees, fruit trees, as well as tropical flowers thru out.

Put on your outdoor adventurer hat and visit Weeki Wachee Springs State Park just 10 minutes west. Rent a kayak to take out onto the tranquil canals as you explore the lush terrain Florida offers.

Beach-goers will want to pack a picnic to take to nearby Pine Island Beach. Even sports fisherman will have the opportunity to enjoy the area attractions when they book a tour using Bulldog Fish Charters.

If you're in the mood to shop, check out the variety of stores at the Coastal Landing Shopping Center less than a mile away. Take a day-trip to Clearwater and the Tampa area, just a 1-hour drive south.

This property is exactly as pictured and described. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It has everything you might need for an extended vacation. Beautiful place awesome pool

The property was nice and clean. They have a charger port if you didn't bring the wall piece and leftover food from the people before you so you can have some snacks and leave yours for the next person the pool of salt water and has a screened in pool which helps with the bugs. They have two bathrooms so if you're bringing kids they have their own. They also have a book that shows some restaurants and things to do with maps and prices I would stay there again if I went there.

Piece of Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but the property is a little oasis of peace. We had our 3 year old daughter with us who absolutely LOVED swimming in the pool everyday. Sharanda has excellent communication and goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests have an amazing time. There were so many conveniences and items provided throughout the house that really helped make our stay comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Every year we go away for a week, this is by far one of our favorite rentals! Sharanda was amazing and helpful with everything we needed. The house was everything and more. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which is what we all needed. Spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. It was very therapeutic. Would def recommend to anyone just looking for a nice quiet escape. Thank you for a great week.

Home away from Home

What a wonderful, comfortable Home. Never have I ever been to a Home so well stocked. It came with almost evrything you could conceive you might need. From enough regular sized shampoo to bandaids! There are almost 2 kitchen shelves of spices! Dish soap and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and garbage bags enough for our two week stay and more. Pantry with cereal, pasta, microwave popcorn and more. Even peroxide, rubbing alcohol, body lotion and sunscreen! Absolutely Amazing! AND don't forget the Margarita Maker blender with 3 large bottles of differant flavor mixers! All you got to do is bring yourselves. Heated Pool was huge and refreshing. We couldn't find cutting boards and there was a pull chain on the kitchen fan missing. Texted Owner and got an Amazon delivery the very next day with them inside. Just can't say enough how impressed I was with Everything and the Owner. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra to have the pool heated which I would recommend. We had never been to the Spring Hill area but there are so many cool things to check out within an hour radius. Pine Island, weeki wachee, Homosassa Springs, the Freezer in Hernando Springs, the Sponge Docks. Wish we would have been able to spend more time in the area. The house was tucked in a residential area with many amenities close by. Host was great with communication.

Lovely pool

Our stay was cut short by Hurricane Ian after the property owner kindly gave us the option to move to a safer area. The property was nice & in a quiet location but close enough to restaurants & supermarkets. The pool area was nice with a larger than normal swimming pool, a lot of the indoor furniture was a little tired & perhaps in need of updating a little but our short stay at this property was very good.

Family owned and operated! This is our family home. We decided to list "Branchville Retreat" while we are away for work. We recently moved to Florida and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! We picked Spring Hill due to its proximity to Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater Beach but hated the idea of actually living in the thick of it! We feel that Spring Hill had lots to offer but yet also quiet and peaceful. Close enough to everything without it being a hassle but yet far enough away to still be able to enjoy the slower side of life! We hope you enjoy our home as much we do!

Welcome to Branchville Retreat! Close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Our home offers a quiet, relaxing space for you to get some much needed R&R! We hope you make yourselves at home and enjoy an icy drink poolside! Hear the sounds of the birds and star gaze into the night. Paddle to the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee Springs (10 min drive) and observe manatees, birds, otters and turtles. Spend the afternoon at the beach watching dolphins or cast a fishing line...or swim in our private beautiful saltwater pool!

Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with neighbors riding on personal golf carts and ATV's chatting with each other.
Quiet time starts at 10pm, please respect our wonderful neighbors.
Empty lot next to us is not our property, you may be towed if you park there.

2 bed 2 bath pool home is 1305sf and is nestled on a 1/2 acre lot
Open concept living/dining.
The Master suite has a plush KING bed with lots of storage for your belongings in our beautiful fully furnished room with en suite bath with a walk in shower. (One step down into the shower)
Guest bedroom has a plush QUEEN Black Label Beauty-rest mattress, dresser and a large closet to stow away your things.
Guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo located next to the guest bedroom.
Full laundry room.
Our Kitchen is stocked full of items needed to enjoy your favorite meal or if you prefer take out, we are less than a mile to a large amount of restaurants!
The indoor dining table offers seating for up to 6 as well as the eat in kitchen has a table for 6.
The Florida sun room is furnished with two couches, leading out to a large screened in lanai.

Our 1200 square foot Lanai offers a 14x32 saltwater pool (can be heated at an additional fee) with an outdoor dining space seating for 6. Covered patio has dinette seating for 4 as well as 2 rocking chairs.

Guest access
You have access to our home and large lot with exceptions of:
master closet, attached garage, shed and our detached garage. These areas are off limits and are locked for privacy/security.

We have High speed WIFI as well as a desk for your "work from home" needs
We offer a Brand new 70' Ultra HD Smart tv. You must have your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus. etc) and please remember to log out to protect your information.

We have 2 cameras. One camera ON the house facing the driveway as well as another camera on the back shed facing the blue garage for safety and security.
