The property was fantastic in every sense! Melinda was very communicative and amazing to work with. Home had everything you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Will be returning when back in FL!

Excellent Get-a-Way

Super grateful to be able to stay at this house. Two families were able to spend time together, cook together, swim & kayak together-- and we could do so AFFORDABLY. Host was very responsive when contacted. Would stay again.

Pool was wonderful,ample cleaning supplies,kitchen super stocked with all cooking needs,grill was great with extra propane tank,tons of beach towels. Host was extremely responsive for everything. Good location to all things,grocery,weeki watchi,and expressway.

Spring Hill firs ttrip

We had an amazing stay at this location. We celebrated Christmas with my daughter and favorite Son-in-Law. We also celebrated my 58th birthday right after Christmas. We were blessed with nice weather both days and with a heated pool; we played in the pool both days.

Happy Weekend Getaway

We felt right at home at this clean, equipped, and comfortable home. We spent time in the pool (no heater needed in July) and watching TV in the great room on the plushy couches. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed for cooking, coffee, swimming, and washing clothes. They even had beach supplies. We hope to come back soon.

Had a great time. Everything in the listing was accurate. Enjoyed the pool and having a fenced in yard for our dogs. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully won't have to leave early again due to another hurricane.

Great area

Located close to stores and recreation this property made our stay very enjoyable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog Willie. He also liked walking around the neighborhood meeting some very friendly people. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful spacious home and spotless. The back yard is gorgeous and very private. Nice Jacuzzi tub in master bath. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Highly recommend this home and hope to stay again when we are back in town. Butch & Sandy Owens

Nice home. Could not pull in driveway when we got there. Contractors working on house. Electric being worked on and garage open with yard work going on. So many different switches in home. Very clean. Yard needs work landscaping needs work

Don't ever rent from her!

Worst experience house was filthy our privacy was invaded by the owner coming onto the property with no notice. There are cameras up and they follow your every move. We had to clean the house after driving for 2 days and being exhausted. Not to mention we paid a cleaning fee for a filthy house. Oh and then she kept a big chunk our security deposit for a pet fee because my son came to visit us for a few hours and brought his 2 tiny chihuahua's. Will never stay there again. Worse experience I have had renting through Home Away.
