I work just a block away in the Senate and just recently purchased this condo. Still in the process of fully moving in and decorating. I am listing this while I am out of town some weekends. I hope it is useful for those exploring DC.

Why they chose this property

Location cannot be beat. It is the safest part of DC. Many Senators and Congressmen also reside in the neighborhood.

The unit is currently pretty simple, as I have just purchased it and am still moving in. This is ideal for anyone looking to spend their time exploring DC and then having a safe, convenient place to rest.
