Welcome to El Monte and Thank You for choosing our cozy and
beautiful home. You will have access to the entire private house.
This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 34 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby.
The space
This home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen .

This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking.

Street sweeping is on Tuesday.

There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit.

You will have access to the entire front unit
Other things to note
- Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel.
Please treat the space with respect.
- Please no partying in the house
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Pet is not allowed.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING cigarettes/ Marijuana anywhere in our house or near our the property.

- Smoking is prohibited in our property. Please respect our rules. We have the right not to host you if you smoke in our property. Thank you for understanding.

- There are cameras outside of the property for you security and to ensure the property's state

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7

Great spot for our family Thanksgiving! The place was spotless, the location was convenient, and the AC/heating worked perfectly. Hana was a great host—very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cookware for our meals, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

Safe and comfortable location for visiting El Monte. Dining only a short drive and host provided a great list of suggestions. Would have liked to have a dishwasher, but it wasn't advertised so that's fine. The host was absolutely kind and super responsive to all of our needs and our entire stay went very well!

Convenient location

I enjoyed staying at Hana’s house so much. I went on a trip with a couple of family members, and even though the house is on the smaller side, it felt very spacious. Hans was easy to get a hold of and responded to messages fast. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see while in California! Thank you again Hana!

Property was clean and the owner checked in to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we needed anything. We only wished that there were televisions in the bedrooms in case anyone wanted to watch something differently or my son wanted to play his game. Great place

Very clean, cute 2 bedroom. Updated with all amenities. The only downside was the beds did have top sheets, only comforters. So I slept without covers which I don’t really love. I would stay again but I would bring a sleeping bag.

Irwindale speedway weekend

Only eight minutes away from the Irwindale speedway . Very convenient for are trip to the track. The place is very clean inside.
