It is a cozy, 700 sq. ft. unit with comfort and convenience:
2 Bedrooms: Queen beds, closets and AC/heating in both; one features an en-suite bathroom and sofa.
2 Bathrooms: Each with a full shower and essential toiletries, hairdryer, towels.
Living Area: Includes a wall-mounted TV, sofa, desk, and split AC.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dining table for 4. Basic condiments provided.
Laundry: Shared Washer and Dryer • detergent provided •
Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
WiFi: available throughout the whole property.
Guest Interaction: To ensure your privacy, we will not be on-site during your check-in and check-out.All communication will be handled via app messaging or our Customer Service line for your convenience.
Parking: Guests are allowed to park one car in the backyard parking lot. If you need extra parking, please purchase street parking permit from the city of Alhambra for $5 per night per car.
