Delightful spot! Beautiful yard with pool, cozy room. Would have appreciated a door (there is a sliding bamboo door) for the bathroom. The set up is simple and that’s appreciated. Cute place, however there were giant spiders in the corners and bugs were crawling everywhere on the walls, ceiling, etc. The bed made my friend and I itchy and we woke up with small bites of some sort in the morning. Overall pretty comfy stay though.

Great place for a short stay

Property was easy to find and access. It was close to both the Rose Bowl and Old Town (about a 10 minute drive or less). Parking on the street was easy to find. It is decorated very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. There is a small keurig for coffee and a small refrigerator. My only complaint would be the dog making noises on the morning. Otherwise a perfect stay. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Yes the host was welcoming. The kitchenet was very insufficiently equipped, no plates, glasses, utensils or an electric kettle to boil water. The pool equipment very loud and noisy. Driveway very narrow when the cars were parked and rather challenging to walk by.
