Flower and vegetable garden with chickens and eggs daily, a huge family kitchen, and an entertaining dream- perfect for luncheons, family reunions, or celebrations. 5 minute walk to coffee, shops, restaurants, and hiking. Water sports, kayaks come with the house and fishing right down the road. Close to rainbow lake, signal point, downtown aquarium, zoo, restaurants, and concerts. Secret hideaway spots in the house with board games, Xbox , multiple TVs w streaming services, 2 tree swing, fire pit, so much to do! Immaculate clean space w beds to sleep 16. Community pool, arts center, plays, music festival right down the road. This is perfect for holidays or family reunions.

Gorgeous house and property!

The house is beautiful, lot is beautiful, neighborhood is beautiful. So close to great hiking. Maureen was helpful and gracious. Couldn’t recommend this house more. We had a great time.

Charming, cozy, and FUN

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! It was a great place for our families to meet for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed (and more) to prepare a feast for 12. Having grown up on Signal Mountain, staying at this house brought back fond memories and allowed our children to experience the beauty of this amazing town. Our kids enjoyed the large yard with a zip line, swings, a hammock, and best of all chickens! We hiked and biked and even ran the Grateful Gobbler. There is plenty of parking and bedroom options for sleeping. The owner is easily accessible for any questions. We are already looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great mountain stay!

We loved staying on Signal Mountain. This house was a great spot for our group. Our 3 families had plenty of room to have our own space, but still be together. The host was great with communication-friendly and VERY helpful with everything! Beautiful home! Would stay again if we were back to that area!
