Appartement plutôt spacieux, plutôt calme. Il mériterait qu'on s'intéresse à lui car les meubles sont vétustes, la salle de bain tous les joints à refaire, une affiche déchirée scotchée et vraiment très sale !! C'est dommage quelques meubles un peu jolis, un peu de décoration une télévision taille au dessus ce n'est pas ce qui coûte cher et ça changerait tout. Attention au ménage il faudra une ménage de fond.

Sehr ruhige und gute Lage.Basisaustattung bei Mietbeginn mangelhaft.Kein WC Papier, kein Abwaschmittel und kein Schwamm.Etwas abgewohnte Einrichtung. Internet nur gegen Aufpreis.Dies scheint mir nicht mehr zeitgemäss im Jahre 2022.
