Adventure awaits! Charming Cottage in the center of it all. Close to Traverse City State Park beach, 5 minute drive to downtown, or leisurely pedal the TART Trail to nearby restaurants, brew pubs and the historic heart of Traverse City. The Red Cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Old Mission Peninsula (wine tasting, breweries, orchards, scenic views, beaches, and restaurants), while also being under 9 miles to Flintfields Horse Park. There is a large fenced backyard with a spacious patio for relaxing and grilling, as well as plenty of room for your furry friends to safely stretch their legs. The newly updated house includes 3 bedrooms, large living room, dining room and spacious kitchen as well as a half bath and newly remodeled full bath.
