Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Reserved this home in July of 2025 and never heard from the owners despite asking questions via the VRBO app. On day of check-in, the owners requested I send a picture of my ID via text, stating they “didn’t know how” to request it via VRBO. I told them this made me uncomfortable, but they informed me they would not send the house code unless I sent my ID. I sent my ID and received the house code 10-15 minutes after the expected check-in time. Once at the home we noticed the WIFI didn’t work so we notified the owner. We explained there was no rush on fixing it. The next morning while getting ready, the outlets in the first bedroom kept going out and the breaker needed flipped. I informed the owner of this, but we went about vacation. While shopping, the owners called multiple times and once I was able to respond, they told us to pack our things because of the amount of complaints we made. I requested a full refund, to which the owner agreed, however when I contacted VRBO they informed me the host never initiated it. I messaged the owner stating we cleaned the home and would vacate once the refund was confirmed to be initiated. The owner sent someone to the home, a maintenance man, and he informed us the owners have done this before and are willing to call the cops. Once the refund was confirmed, we vacated immediately.

I appreciate your feedback, but your review is a gross misrepresentation of the events during your stay. First, our policy to request a government-issued ID is standard practice for the safety of our property and other guests. Your late submission of the ID, just minutes before check-in, was the first indication of the difficulties to come. We provided the door code as soon as we received it but the delay was entirely due to your late communication. Concerning the WiFi issue, it’s important to clarify that the problem was due to an island-wide outage, not a failure on our part. We were prepared to assist you, but it appears you were more interested in creating drama than resolving the issue. Your demands escalated quickly, and we felt compelled to intervene. Despite your claims, we stand by our commitment to maintaining a well-managed property. We did not initiate a refund as you claimed, and the maintenance issues you reported were either unfounded or exaggerated. Your behavior during this stay was unacceptable, including your threats and aggressive demands. We have hosted many guests without issue, and it's unfortunate that our experience with you was so horrific! We encourage future guests to read this response carefully and reach out with any questions before booking. We strive to provide a pleasant experience for our guests, and it’s disappointing when one person can distort the truth!
