Beautiful and well-appointed property in quiet Georgetown neighborhood. Host was great and online photos are accurate. Will definitely consider for our next trip.
Spacious home with all the amenities you need conveniently located to downtown along with easy access to the interstate. My Grandkids loved the open areas ans vintage games.
The house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our daughter's graduation. We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious kitchen and family room and close proximity to the university.
We enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven with 7 people. The two bathrooms have two sinks each, which made it easy for all of us to get ready. The kitchen was also well-appointed, which we appreciated because we prepared Thanksgiving dinner there. We found the living room relaxing and appreciated the ample parking. Very close to downtown and overall, a nice spot.
Great house with nice, open concept. Was the perfect space to have meals and hang with family. Jeremy was very responsive with questions and concerns we had. House is within walking distance to the downtown area that has great shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in this cute neighborhood.
This was a great setup for our group. Everyone had their own room. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Management was easy to communicate work and responded quickly to questions.
Family from Alaska to New York to Texas gathered to celebrate my 80th birthday. We had 3 rentals for everyone to sleep, but used Blue Haven as a gathering place for all of us. It worked perfectly.
I would highly recommend Blue Haven. My son plays basketball at Southwestern and this was the perfect house to host Thanksgiving dinner for him and some of his teammates that were unable to go home for the holiday. A large backyard for cornhole and backyard football. We are in Georgetown a lot and will definitely stay here again.
Awesome hosts & accommodations.
From the second you step into the house, you can tell it has been very well planned! Everything from the placement of plugs & googles, to the well-stocked kitchen and toiletries, says this place is ready to host as a true home. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedding, lighting and even the appliances were all very well thought out.
Even outlasting a three day rainstorm, our family still had a wonderful vacation thanks to our choice of Blue Haven. Thanks so much.
Overall a very good experience as follows:
*good communication from the owner and easy check-in
*comfortable beds & couch
*minimalist design helped it feel spacious and clean
*up & coming/transitional neighborhood that had lots of interesting older, newly renovated homes to check out on walks
*we didn't use the kitchen so I can't speak to how well it was stocked but the coffee maker worked great and we really appreciated the K-cups that were provided
*bathrooms are lovely & clean but need some fixes -- all four sink faucets have an issue where the water hits the sink and sprays eaverywhere (we draped towels on the edge of the sinks as a buffer) and the master shower leaks which required a lot of mopping up each morning
This was the perfect spot to host a small retreat for 4 of my coaching clients. The space was light and airy and was perfect for gathering in the living room for discussions. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to serve buffet style. And the location made it easy to visit the beautiful town square for shopping and restaurants. As a group of women, we felt safe both at the house and walking to the square. Jeremy was very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend this property!
