We had an incredible time with family and friends. This place has it all—a beach area, a dock, a float to swim out to, a flat grassy yard for outdoor games—and that’s just on the outside. The inside was clean and cozy. A wonderful house for a family vacation at the lake.
Very comfortable spacious house, owners have thought of everything. Excellent waterfront with all the “toys”. We were visiting different areas of Maine for a month and this house/ lake location was perfect. Everything seems very new and good quality in the house. Not too far from groceries, restaurants etc.
We enjoyed Sebago Breeze Lake House very much! It is very clean and well taken care of. The yard is great for playing games, lounging by the water and even having a boat at the dock. Such a quiet and peaceful location.
Lovely home made for a fun relaxed week on the lake!
Our family and kids' friends really enjoyed staying at Sebago Breeze Lake House for a week! It was very comfortable and convenient with toys for the lake and all the amenities needed for a week of living! The dock had great seating and it was very easy for pulling up and docking the pontoon boat we rented. There was plenty of living space for 7 of us with a nice kitchen, dining area and living room. And the bedrooms all had bathrooms. The location was also great and didn't take but a few minutes to drive into a town for groceries and whatnot! We suspect we will be staying there again!
It is a nice clean property with a great lakefront. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. There were 2 things that I wasn't crazy about, but it was not a deal breaker and I'm very picky about these. The top floor room with the twins beds was the attic which is accessed via the bedroom with the 2 fulls beds, no private entrance. The attic room had no window coverings and it was very bright. I think the owner was going to do something about it. All and all I'd give the property a 9 out of 10. We would return.
Great spot on Sebago. Because it’s tucked in a cove the water was always calm for swimming and paddling boarding. Beautiful house and property. Private yet close to grocery store, bars and restaurants. We also rented a pontoon boat from Kettle Cove marina and was able to dock it right at the house. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property
We think the pictures speak for themselves but to highlight a few reasons; you are getting a fully updated lake house. It is bright, open and captures the lake view and breeze from most rooms. You will be hard pressed to find a property that offers the outdoor space this does; from a large, level, open, sunny lawn to the sandy beach with fire pit. Not to mention the gorgeous dock with ample seating.
