GREAT GETAWAY FOR YOUR FAMILY
Enjoy our spacious home with lots of character. The one-acre property is full of outdoor fun. The home was built in 1850 with some original finishes, and many updates with new appliances and furniture. You will have access to the entire home all on one level.
The covered patio offers outdoor furniture for relaxation, there is a nice family room with a 55" TV screen and a fully stocked kitchen.
Loveland Center is located a quick 4 ½ miles from our getaway, where you will find many restaurants, parks, bike trails and kayaking options. Downtown Cincinnati’s pro sports, riverfront and museums are a 25 minute drive. Kings Island and Waterpark a 15-20 minute drive.

We try to provide as much as we can for our guests so you don't have to pack it! We provide all linens, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, tissue boxes, laundry detergent, and trash bags for each stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked!
You'll find: mixer, Coffee pot, supplies for tea and coffee, small selection of seasonings, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, wine bottle opener, mixing bowls, toaster, blender.
We also provide all dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and utensils.

** THIS HOME IS ON ONE ACRE, AND CONSIDERED A RURAL PROPERTY- Guests will be using a rural septic system. If you are planning to have guests visit. You must have approval. $75 per guest, past 4 guests (regardless of their age) -per night if no prior approval. Guests staying all day and past 10pm will per considered an additional guest, Fees may apply unless you have confirmed your visitor plans with the owners.

THE SPACE
This 170(+) year old home offers all amenities on one level. You will see the updates and additions including some irregularity in the floor. There is a 3” step to the laundry and bath area. You will have a ½ step to enter the home from the front patio area.

Please leave the property as you found it. Put furniture back.
Four people 12 and up- Maximum for this property. Please visit with me if you have toddlers or babies past 4 persons. This is ok.
Four adults 12 and up. Overnight guests over 4 then fees of $75/person. Unless toddlers or you get approval. We understand little ones.

Great Stay

Wonderful little house with more than enough space and amenities for a nice family visit over Thanksgiving weekend. The kids loved the tool set, toys, and books! House is in a nice quit neighborhood and easy to find and park.

Great option for a weekend trip

I booked this for my parents and brother who were visiting Cincinnati. It had the set up we needed to those that couldn’t do stairs or tubs. Linda was extremely communicative and helped me help my dad figure out how to navigate renting from VRBO. The neighborhood is tucked way back, it’s like you’re in the country when the subdivision is right up the street. I would definitely have my parents stay here again.

Yearly vacation with grandchildren

This was a great place to stay during our vacation with grandkids. They loved the playroom and the yard. The property was conveniently located in the middle of all the place we visited. We will definitely try and rent again if we are in the area. Linda was very quick to respond to our questions.

We really loved the house. It was very comfortable. We really felt at home. It is decorated really nice. It is even nicer than the pictures on VRBO. Great neighborhood. It had everything you need. Close to grocery store and places to eat. When we had questions, Linda, the host, responded right away. If and when we go back to Cincy, we would definitely like to stay there again.

Cozy Quiet Spot

This property was everything I needed it to be. My 3 year old was very entertained by the toys and loved her big girl bed. Having the pack n play available for my son was a huge perk and i loved not having to lug so much stuff with us. The home was neatly tucked away on the center of all the activities we had planned and just was overall perfect for our little crew. Linda was great at responding to questions, even when i asked before reading about it in the welcome binder, haha. She was great to work with. Thanks so much!!!!

July Visit

This property was quaint and quirky. We loved the huge front porch and my girls(8 & 9) spent a lot of time sitting outside. With 4 females, we had to be more conscientious about showers than we were used to, but we managed. One downside for us was not having a larger dining space inside that could accommodate all of us eating together; we wound up eating in shifts at the island. That being said, we loved the value and privacy of having this whole home to ourselves compared to the cost of squishing all of us into a hotel room. Linda was very responsive as a host.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was convenient to I-275, I-71, and I-75. In a quiet neighborhood that was clean and well maintained. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to cold and snow, but the house was warm and cozy. All appliances worked and were clean and modern, the bathroom was also clean and modern with a large shower. The bedrooms had large storage cabinets for clothing, the bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again. Overall the house was clean and very well maintained, nice flooring and paint. There was even a carpeted play area for children with toys and books. Overall an A+ rating.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked! Beds and furniture was comfortable. It is easy to find and close to grocery. The view out back is peaceful. Ms Linda, the host, is sweet and thoughtful. We liked it so much that we are heading back in a month!!
