The Space
Our beautifully updated vacation home Palms Way Villa is perfectly located minutes from Disney World and other popular theme parks. Located in the 24/7 gated resort Windsor Palms. You have full access to the entire 4 bedroom/2 bath and private pool/spa as well as all the amenities of the Windsor Palms Community. The house has 4 large bedrooms (including 2 themed Disney bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms. With hotel-quality linens and a flat-screen TV, each bedroom is a serene retreat. Unwind beside your private pool and spa or enjoy the game room boasts a pool table and foosball, plus a TV and DVD player.

LIVING AREA
With leather furniture and a view of your private pool, the living room is well-suited for happy hour and laid-back evenings with your favorite shows. Get comfy and queue up entertainment on the flat-screen TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel kitchen appliances include a roomy side-by-side fridge. Ample counter space and plenty of helpful gadgets make meal prep a breeze.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step outside to your private screened lanai, surrounded by lush hedges for added privacy. The pool and spa sparkle beneath blue skies. Pool & Spa heating is available for an extra charge of $25 per day. Please make sure to inform the host at least three days in advance, so that the pool is comfortably heated upon arrival.

It is possible to rent a barbecue for the time of your stay for an additional fee, please inform us if you wish to have a BBQ set up for your stay.

Our home is located in the fantastic resort-style secure gated community of Windsor Palms a luxurious, top-rated family resort with beautiful landscaping throughout. Just three miles away from the Disney entrance, it has comprehensive resort facilities that are freely available to all villa guests. At the large clubhouse, it offers a Junior Olympic-sized heated pool with a Tiki bar and hot tub to relax in after a long day at the park. There is also a dining area to grab a bite to eat. Along with full amenities including a kids splash pad, children's play area, Picnic/BBQ Area, business facilities, convenience store, movie theater, arcade games, pool table, ping pong table, workout room, bike rental, lighted pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available in a nearby parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Overnight parking of RVs, boat trailers, or commercial trucks is not permitted.

Please note this is a self service unit:
The house will be fully cleaned by our professional housekeeping service and inspected prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain our standard of excellence by upkeep any cleanings deemed necessary during your stay.

Mid-stay cleanings are available during your stay for an additional fee - ask the host for the options available for additional cleaning during your stay.

Pool cleaning and optional heating:
Pool cleaning is on a weekly maintenance schedule. Please help upkeep the pool by skimming any debris out of the pool in between cleanings.
Pool heating is available for $25 per day. Please let the owner know at least 3 days ahead of time so that it can be arranged & warmed up prior to your arrival!

Possible early check-in or late check-out:
The housekeepers clean the house from 10-4PM. The availability will depend on whether the house is occupied the day before arrival or the day after your departure. You will be notified 3 days prior if check in/out flexibility is available.
If you wish to check in earlier or check out later for 1-3 hours, $50 will be charged. If 4 or more hours are needed, an additional 1-night fee will be charged.
