About this property

Remember you grandmother’s house, well this house is just as cool. 1970s vintage décor throughout the house but very clean. Great winter retreat with beautiful sunsets and marsh view surrounding the house. A quarter mile from a boat ramp with deep water marina, 15 minutes from Historical Downtown Beaufort, 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park and within 10 minutes from 2 public year-round golf courses. Very private house with no neighbors that is great for the family to enjoy. Pets must be housebroken, have current flea protection and must clean up after them.

Location

Very private place surrounded by salt marsh. Dogs loved it and we didn’t have to worry about traffic. Lots of good country roads for bicycles and access to the water if you have a boat . Neighbors are very nice and Jon the host is close and very helpful.

Absolutely loved the house. Beautiful property in an AMAZING location. Was very hard to leave. And Jon the host was a Great Guy who just made you feel like family!! Our New Home Away From Home!! Thanks Jon
