Welcome to Saida Towers III #3803, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Resort-Style Amenities:

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TV in each bedroom and the living room.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa (not a sleeper) in the living room. Air mattresses are available upon request at no charge.
Flooring: Tile throughout the bedrooms and kitchen, with carpet/rug in the living room.
Ceiling Fans: Located in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with standard appliances, utensils, and a standard coffee maker.
Bathrooms: Both the master and second bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Run down apartment in a great place.

No questions, Saida Towers is a great place. However this unit should not be rented at all. First it was dirty. The table in the living room was covered in mold. The pull out couch was broken. We contacted managers - they chowed us 5 other properties - none were able to accomodate us - a family with four kids. So we had to stay. Managers brought us an inflatable bed. We drove to the Walmart to get a cleaning supplies to scrub out the mold from the table. The fridge was broken - every shelf was cracked and the ice maker didnt work. Faucets and sink on he master were not draining well. So overall, it is a nice area and a complex, but this unit should not be rented. Very disappointed.
