Welcome to Surfside Delight. A new beautiful home built in 2019. Recently put back on the rental market for the 2026 Summer Season! ~4000 sq feet. This beautifully decorated and well equipped 5 bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath, Private Heated Pool, Fire Pit, Outdoor Kitchen with wine and beverage refrigerator has meticulous landscaping plus an outdoor shower. Our home is a very short distance to Surfside Beach and conveniently located across the street from from the bike path for easy access to Town and the South Shore Beaches! 60 second walk to the Surfside Bus Stop that takes you to Surfside Beach or use our bikes for a 3 minute ride to Surfside beach! A new private pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit were installed Spring 2024! Renovated new main Kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas oven will be completed over the winter 2026.

This beautiful property offers lots of great space for family and friends. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths and the apartment above the 2 car garage features one bedroom and one full bathroom. The apartment is perfect for guests and relatives.

The first floor of the main house features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a dining room and living room with a large TV with access to the back deck, patio, grill and yard. The patio is complete with a table and chairs for an outdoor meal as well as couches for lounging and an outdoor shower. There is a first floor master suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a second closet and full bath with his and her sinks and a separate vanity. There is a half bath off the living room with a washer and dryer.

The second floor has two large airy bedrooms with king beds and tall cathedral ceilings with a shared bath with his and her sinks that includes a shower and bathtub perfect for bathing children.

The finished lower level has a queen size guest bedroom en-suite with a large full bath and a large spacious living space complete with large couch for 8 people, large TV with pool table, wet bar and half bath. There is a walk up to the back yard with easy access to the patio and outdoor shower.

The Apartment sits above a 2 car garage. It has a private entrance into a mudroom with its own washer and dryer. There is an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living room area at the top of the stairs with high ceilings and great natural light. One bedroom with full bath.

Great wifi signal throughout the property with a TV in every bedroom (but not the apartment) as well as the living room and lower level lounge.

We provide 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels. There are 3 bikes. Pack and Play available for infants. 2 Full size Washers and Dryers.

The Pool, outdoor kitchen and Firepit make it so you never need to leave!

Perfect Surfside Retreat!

This property is truly beautiful- the pictures don’t do it justice! Close to everything including Surfside beach, and Town. We were a group of 8 including 2 small children and loved that it is literally across the street from the bike path so that we could explore the island. The back yard is super cozy complete with a grill and seating for 10! The house was immaculate and very spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely come back next summer!

I recently stayed at this property with a group of friends for our annual girls trip. This was our first time to visit Nantucket. The house was perfect in every way! It was very clean and still smelled of new construction. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely bathrooms. The house was also in a great location! Highly recommend!

Incredible, Stunning Home in Excellent Location!

This is an incredibly special home. We go to Nantucket a few times a year, and have rented at many great places. But this one topped them all, and then some! The pictures look gorgeous but the home is even more breathtaking in person. The design and details are beautiful. The home was spotless and brand new. The beds and living area were so comfortable. Great open kitchen space with everything you need. Plenty of bathrooms for a group. Dean was incredibly responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable during our stay. The location is also amazing - close to town and easy hop onto the bike path. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Dean!!

Nice new house in a central location. Lovely patio and well equipped kitchen.

Middle island location - just over a mile to the beach and to town, mostly accessible by bike paths. Nice furnishings, great layout - and the pool table was fun.

Definitely a 'Surfside Delight'!

The house is absolutely beautiful! The layout is perfect for a family getaway. The property was stocked with everything you could possibly need throughout. The location was great too and it was easy to get around. The host, Dean, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We cannot say enough good and will 100% be back!!
