Thank you for the wonderful review. I feel the same way when I am there with my family.
What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The communication from the host was great. The house suited our family perfectly. It is so well stocked with all that you need. The location is perfect - not right on the slopes so people can see your business, but a very short walk away for convenience. We already booked the place for next year. Thank you to the owner for everything!
It was a nice home, very lovely great room and overall nice kitchen. One of the ovens didn’t get hot well. Also the bath towels and bedding could use a refresh.

Thanks Amy. I replaced all the mattresses, sheets and blankets over the past year. We now provide down and down alternative comforters with duvet covers for all bed. Will check the towels.
This is a beautiful property and met our families expectations. My only frustrations were there was no rock salt or shovels. Thank goodness we threw a snow shovel in the car before we left. We had to run out to Dollar General to grab rock salt.

My apologies. The rock salt is on the side porch outside the laundry area. I will add a sign. Please feel free to text.
Our family had a great time at this home. It was beautiful and roomy and well equipped. We loved the ski area! This is a perfect home for a large family get together. Thank you!
We had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the lifts and everything we needed for a relaxing ski getaway. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like extra blankets, firewood, and kitchen essentials. After a long day on the slopes, the hot tub was a lifesaver! The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and out a breeze. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the resort.
If you have a large group and looking for quality, this is the place. The kitchen and living room areas are very spacious, as are the bedrooms upstairs. We went in the summertime and the resort area was quiet, which was exactly what we were hoping this time of the year. Overall, excellent experience.
This well equipped home has comfortable space for all. It's nice the way the bedrooms are situated with dedicated bathrooms. The main bed and bath is very private and the other two full baths are flanked by a pair of bedrooms each. The main floor hosts the half bath conveniently near the door for last minute pit stops before hitting the slopes. Strongly recommended.
Very good place to stay. only real confusion was that I did not realize that 2 bedrooms were on third floor with spiral staircase. Making it impossible for elderly people to gain access to.
Overall a very pleasant stay. Check-in was a simple process. Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to gather in the large living room area. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed (extra points for having both Keurig-style and a regular drip coffee makers!). Communication with the owner was generally good, except when she was briefly out of the country for professional business reasons. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working properly, but after the second night the outdoor temperatures cooled enough to provide a pleasant breeze with the windows open. The resort has a wonderful play area for children as well as some wonderful pools attended by professional lifeguards.Be sure and stock up on groceries before you arrive, as the nearest "real" grocery store is almost 30 minutes away in Somerset.

Disappointing
We’d be less disappointed if the AC worked. We were told 3 days before arrival it was out. We were told there was a portable AC unit & fans in bedrooms, & with open windows overnight it would be OK. It was not OK. The 2nd floor areas were consistently over 80 degrees & the 3rd floor was hotter. She said we could move the portable AC unit, but it was too big to carry & needed to be vented out a window. We got no option to cancel. When leaving, we were offered a discount for a return next year.Other problems would’ve seemed less bad if we weren’t so uncomfortable. The poorly-installed 2nd floor carpet has multiple bumps, potentially a trip hazard. A pool is listed as an amenity when it’s actually access to a community pool 8 miles away. Lack of towel bars. Broken DVD player. Electronic ignition for the gas stove burners would randomly go off when using a different burner. Tiles at the 2nd-floor bathroom sink broken & wobbly. Only 1 key for all guests. The spiral staircase to the 3rd-floor is dangerous for anyone with mobility problems, nearly impossible to get luggage up & the stairs are slick. The “office” listed as a room with a futon & cot is actually the open 2nd-floor loft, & offers no privacy. There is no deadbolt on the front door & those on the other doors don’t work. The owner was not communicative. The only info in the house was brochures left by previous guests & an old checkout list with a previous owner’s phone # & incorrect wifi login info.

Sorry that the AC broke at an inconvenient time. It has been fully replaced and the DVD player has been removed as the television has full streaming capability. The spiral staircase and the nature of the pool are disclosed in the rental agreement / VRBO description. Truly regret that you could find nothing to love in my beautiful home.
