The place is 100% perfect. The neighborhood is top notch and convenient to the beach and downtown Venice. The community pool is beautiful and the home for us was very pet friendly. Sandra was excellent to work with and very responsive. We had zero problems and we can’t wait to come back.

Loving Retirement

We couldn't have asked for a better situation. Newly retired, looking for a nice community with good people and plenty of activities. Bellacina community was fantastic. Sandra and Tim's property was perfect for our needs. Beautifully furnished - everything we needed. Sandra responded instantly to all of calls and texts, quickly coming up with a solution to the minor property issues we encountered. We loved it here!
