Have it all with this ski in ski out condo located at the base of Giant Steps Ski slope at Brian Head Ski Resort. Newly listed and stocked with lots of amenities inside and out! This personal getaway is complete with underground parking, clubhouse with spa, sauna, game room, and laundry facilities.

After check in take a quick stroll to the other side of the lifts to visit Tony and Melissa at Pizanos Pizza for lunch or dinner! If you prefer eating in, the general store is only a short walk away. Return to a cozy condo with a wood burning fireplace and maybe jump in the spa to relax after a fun day on the slopes.

Brian Head is known for its premiere snowboarding and skiing, as well as snowmobiling, tubing, cross country skiing, and recreational racing. In the summer and fall enjoy the finest mountain bike trails, ATV trails, and rock climbing. Pick your weekend and let the free in town shuttle help you enjoy all the Southern Utah Mountains have to offer!

Our team tested the Wi-Fi before and after your visit and did not find any issues, but we understand how frustrating it can be when technology doesn’t work as expected. Regarding the jacuzzi and other community facilities, we unfortunately do not manage those amenities, but we have shared your feedback with the HOA and owners. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Brian Head.

Beds were hard as a rock, didnt sleep well, woke up sore. Left 1 day earlier than supposed to.

Missing amenities

The place worked well location wise. We were suppose to stay 3 nights. On the first night noticed that the password to the Wi-Fi was incorrect. Contacted management who said they would check on it. Heard nothing back, reached out the next day and also asked for the code to the clubhouse but didn’t hear anything back on either things by day 3. Ended up having to come back early because we needed to take care of some business and we didn’t have wifi and we didn’t have access to the clubhouse (hot tub/game room). Never heard anything back from management and no offer to compensate for the inconvenience.
