This 5-plex condo unit can sleep up to 30 people. Each condo unit is unique in its own way. Explore, take a walk-through tour, and see which unit fits you best. Covered Deck overlooking the water with outdoor seating. This rental unit includes free access to our onsite pool & marina. Covered Slips are available for rent a Pontoon from KENTUCKY LAKE ADVENTURES. Truly a quaint & charming place for your next trip to the lake! Located right off the main channel of Kentucky Lake at mile marker 48, The Villas at Marker 48 has been the premier destination of water-lovers for more than 50 years.

We are a favorite destination for weeklong family vacations, birthdays, weddings and anniversary celebrations, groups of friends looking for a weekend of water fun and large fishing groups. Wonderful spot!

We loved this gem ! Great resort and amenities. Condo was clean, modern and had a beautiful view! Traci was also very responsive and accommodating for our family!

Family vacay

We had a great time:) weather was anazing and loved the view of the water! The only thing we would have liked was being a bit closer to town. We wanted to do a meal out and there was nothing close. You might want more silverware available and we ran out of paper towel. We will definitely recommend your property to others!
