Custom-built and brimming with style, this 4BR/3.5BA house boasts new furnishings and bedding, and imaginative design touches. The epic game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, dart board and wet bar. Skiing, walking trails, sandy beaches, and the glittering waters of Lake Tahoe are all just minutes away. Go fishing or hiking at Washoe Meadows State Park (14-minute drive). Both El Dorado Beach and Heavenly are also 10 minutes from home.

Spread across three floors, the home features a welcoming modern alpine decor and stylish design touches at every turn.

LIVING AREA

On the top floor, the large living space with hardwood floors offers a great place to gather. The sitting area features plush seating, a grand stone fireplace, and a 54-inch TV. Downstairs, a second living area has a sofa and 60-game multicade machine. Down another floor, the impressive game room offers a sprawling social space with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, wet bar, and bar seating for four.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chic and contemporary kitchen wows with a five-seat kitchen island and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove with double oven. The dining area has seating for eight at a rustic wooden table.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, 54-inch TV, and a luxe en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a full-over-full bunk bed. The third room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom features a queen bed and 40-inch TV. An adjacent bath has a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR & AMENITIES

The forested backyard is complete with a private hot tub, a deck, and a grill for afternoon cookouts.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the best getaway with our three adult children and their partners! The house was the perfect size—beautiful, super clean, and so comfortable. The game room was a huge hit and gave us all a chance to unwind and have fun together. We truly loved everything about our stay!

Great place to stay!

Turnkey's info was super helpful and we had no problems getting into the home. The home was super clean. Each bathroom had heated floors and the space was just comfortable. The bunk beds were full size beds and it was comfortable to sleep on. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a tiring day. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of things, but there were some things that we wished they had like more frying pans. I'd recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook there. Other than that, I think the location was great and was only a 10 minute drive to the Tahoe strip. I'd definitely recommend this home to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is good - Pros 1) clean, 2) well appointed, and 3) in a secluded area Cons 1) There are not enough beds for 12 people. There are just two beds - one on the main floor and the other in the basement, rest are bunk beds, which are too wobbly to properly sleep for adults. Person on the top bunk moves and the whole bed shakes. 2) The closest anything is 20 mins drive away 3) The check-in time is 3PM and checkout time is 10AM. Who wakes up at 8AM on vacation? :) I wouldn't recommend at this price.

No AC on a $1.2 Million property?????

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was really enjoyable. I would say the biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, and the upstairs master acted as almost an attic in it's ability to hold in heat. It was a three level house and each level lower was significantly cooler than the one above.I understand that somewhere in the hfine print there was notification that there was no air conditioning, but that is something that should be front and center, as it would've certainly change my decision to stay at this property. Paying what we did and having a house this nice, there is no reason at minimum that the owner should not make the relatively nominal investment of installing ductless AC in the master and the top level in general!!!

Summer Family Getaway

-The place was spacious and well equipped - Communication with the property management was timely -The outdoor seating space was small. We didn't use the outdoor grill, but it also seemed small -I wish there were more towels. We had to do a tower wash while we were there - Bed mattresses were very hard - We had an issue with the hot tub but we contacted the property management and they sent a handyman to fix the issue on the same day - Our teenagers loved the old school gaming system - Very quiet neighborhood Overall great experience!

Just What We Needed!

This property offered both comfort and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay. Like some other reviews it could benefit from additional pots and pans in the kitchen, but we came prepared. We definitely will keep this house in mind for future trips. Thanks for the hospitality.

The best place in Tahoe

My husband and I have been going to South Lake Tahoe for a few years now, a couple times a year. Our first time using Turnkey. This is one of the best rental properties we have stayed in. I will say I used to use Airbnb and now I have found my new rental site. The only thing I will say, more pots and pans are definitely a must and needed. There was only two for our use with a large group it’s a bit inconvenient other than that we all enjoyed our stay. I look forward to renting this property again.

Holiday weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Residence was very nice and immaculate. Location was very good. Posted instructions helped with thermostat use, AV system use, hot tub use etc. Only VERY DISAPPOINTING item was the master bed was hard as a rock as were all the other beds. The concept of using extra firm foam mattresses with no box springs may make them last but after 3 nights of no sleep and aching body parts we were ready to go home. No matter how nice the residence is the inability to get good sleep reduces the experience. The beds were literally like sleeping on concrete and all our guests had the same feeling.

Getaway weekend

Turnkey was a great decision. Communication was excellent, just when I would forget a detail regarding the trip communication via text or email would come just in time. House was very easy to locate. Clean and prepared for our arrival . On the first day 7 of us arrived and each one of us were speechless as we toured the house. I think before we brought our bags in we played on the shuffleboard and looked at each room. Pictures were accurate. Only concerns I had were with the bbq grill outside. It looked like the grill was used, which we expected but took some time before we could use to use the brush. Also the grill wouldn’t hold a flame and twice trying to reignite it there was an explosion of flame. Loud and scary, a few of us became silent because it was a shock to all of us. Happened once with the grill closed and then once again while opened. So we took it apart and did a deeper clean. Once it was cleaned. It seemed to work properly. We couldn’t get the oven to heat up . Stove top worked fine. We had to use the stove top a little more because the grill needed to be cleaned.

Great for the Right Type of Group

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful - you'll have everything you need and a wonderful home base for skiing at Heavenly. However, the home is *very* sensitive to noise complaints. We were a large group but pretty low key and had multiple issues with the amount of noise coming from the house. If you are planning on playing music, loud movie, etc - it could take away from the relaxation element of your stay.

Beautiful house in a quiet location

This is a gorgeous house and appears to be relatively newly built and well maintained. It’s in quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the action of “downtown” SLT. We chose this house because it’s close to my parents and had enough space for my family and my brother’s family to stay (4 adults and 3 kids total). The kids really liked having their own floor and rooms with bunk beds. We all enjoyed the large kitchen and family space as well as the fireplaces and “toys” on the lower level (pool table, hot tub, etc). The bathrooms are all very nice as well. Two minor things I’ll mention...the master batheroom light comes on automatically in response to movement. It was pretty annoying to have it come on in the middle of the night if someone got up as it would turn on before you could roll the barn door closed. Second, the mattress in the master was extremely firm and for my husband and I, pretty uncomfortable. I can’t speak to the mattresses in the other bedrooms. That being said, I’d definitely stay here again if we needed this much space!
