This home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 8-person total. Parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

The chef of the group will love the recently remodeled kitchen — complete with french door fridge, microwave, gas oven and 4-burner stove, and brand new granite countertops with stool-seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to the living area, with a large family dining table (seats 8) joining the two.

The primary suite is located upstairs, featuring a king-sized bed, 56" Smart TV, and ensuite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and a tub. Also on the upstairs floor is a half bath in the hallway. Downstairs, Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and 44" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin-over-queen bunk and 44" Smart TV. There is also a second family room on the ground floor, so everyone can spread out and relax.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
