LIVING AREA
The upscale main living area is furnished with three sofas and a 70-inch TV beside the gas fireplace, which is framed by a stunning rock hearth. A lower-level game room offers regulation-size shuffleboard, a foosball table, a poker table, a variety of board games, and a 50-inch TV. Curl up in the reading nook on the comfy armchair with a book.
KITCHEN & DINING
The dazzling gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a gas range, and subway tile backsplash. A center island provides plenty of space for preparing delicious meals as well as seating for three. The dining room table offers seating for 10.
BED & BATH
The lofted primary suite overlooks the living area. Furnished with a king bed, an armchair, and a 46-inch TV, it features exposed wood ceilings, stylish decor, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides two full-size beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The second bath offers a walk-in shower. A queen bed outfits the fourth bedroom, while a third bath has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on two brand-new decks, where you can barbecue burgers and fresh veggies on the gas-powered grill.
Located a block away, community amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub and sauna.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 14 people and four cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. A/C: PARTIAL (downstairs only with air vents to help upstairs get some of that AC air flow)
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
