Welcome to "Cherry Door Cottage"! Beautifully renovated with new memory foam mattresses, appliances and amenities. Location is central on the main downtown street, Phoenix St. A quick 7 min walk to downtown so you don't have to struggle with searching for parking. A wagon is provided to pack all of your beach gear. Beach chairs, towels and kids toys are available for use..leaving you with more room to pack your belongings. 2 bedrooms on main floor is a convenience for parents/grandparents.

As you walk into the home, you will go up approximately 2 steps to a spacious porch with two wood rocking chairs. You will find a keyless lock on our bright cherry red door. You enter into the bright and roomy living room with a comfy La-Z-Boy sofa, 55" smart tv, large round coffee table with pullout tables to enjoy a puzzle or one of the games from a fun boardgame collection.

The living room opens into the spacious dining room where its wooden farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. The dining room is open concept with the kitchen where there is a cozy breakfast nook with bench seating and a round table that seats up to 5 guests.

There is a full coffee bar station with a Keurig, French press and traditional coffee pot. Everything you need to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Kitchen

The fully equipped updated kitchen with fresh white cabinets is stocked with brand-new appliances, a slow cooker, a microwave and a blender for your morning smoothies. Enjoy your meals on stunning white bone china dinnerware. A highchair for kids is available along with kids plates, bowls, cups and serving ware. A snow cone machine for fun deserts that everyone can devour with yummy flavors! Also enjoy a bartender kit with tools to make a martini or any other cocktail.

Laundry Room

There is a laundry room on the main floor with a washer dryer so you can take care of your laundry needs.

Bedrooms

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level of the home. All 4 bedrooms come with new beds and memory foam mattresses. All bed sheets are 100% cotton. Blackout blinds in each bedroom. There was absolutely no skimping on quality for a great night of sleep!

Bedroom 1: located on the main floor and offers your private Zen getaway, complete with a king-size bed and two marble nightstands. You will also find a desk, ceiling fan, sound machine to tune out any Phoenix Street noise and a 40" Smart TV. There is a pack-n-play available in the closet.

Bedroom 2: located on the main floor comes with a new bunk bed that has steps. The bunk bed has a full-size mattress on the bottom so it can be comfortable for not only kids but also adults. The top bunk is a twin size. There is also a twin size daybed with a trundle that can roll out with an extra twin size mattress. There are plenty of children's toys and books available to keep the little ones busy.

As you go up the stairway to the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3: located on the second floor is featuring a Queen bed, twin size daybed, barndoor closet, two nightstands, ceiling fan and a desk. It is located on the 2nd floor.

Bedroom 4: located on the second level features a Queen bed, two nightstands and a desk. This room has a sloped ceiling so the taller folks will want to walk with care...or pick one of the other 3 bedrooms with higher ceilings.

Outdoor Area

The driveway is large enough for ample parking. Approximately 6 spots depending on car size.

The property has a fully fenced enclosed backyard with plenty of gathering space. A two-person hammock will become your favorite lounging spot. There is a large patio table and a gas firepit. You will also find a new Weber gas grill to enjoy bbq fun. There is also lots of space for yard games.

Convenient contactless check-in for the front door lock with a code which will be sent to you the day of arrival and will activate at 4pm on the day of check in. The code is reset for each guest for safety.

On the Main Street walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. South Beach, Splash Pad and Kal-Haven Trailhead are all less than a mile from the home.

Plenty of parking in the driveway. Bike rental options are close by (.2 mile) if you wish to bike around town.

For safety purposes, the exterior of the home has a camera in the front facing the porch and one on the side facing the driveway. No smoking allowed in the home.
