Vaulted ceilings and sun filled windows for a spacious bright family vacation home . Sunroom with transformer dining table that compacts to use space as workout studio or kids play area. Fully stocked large chefs kitchen with double oven and full wall pantry. Private deck with beautiful bamboo trees. Back room has private entry lots of space and beautiful hardwood floors.

Free standing detached home on a 3 unit lot. Home is wonderful and spacious with oversized living room and a private patio with 3 entrances. 3rd bedroom has private entrance. Washer and dryer in unit with dinning table capable of sitting 2 -10 people. Home was built in the 1930s but has many modern updates as well as it's original restored hardwood floors.

Neighborhood is in the friendly Belmont Heights with walking distance to local vegan restaurants, coffee shops and the Colorado lagoon. Beach and second street restaurants are within a 20 min walk. Downtown Long Beach, aquarium , and Naples within in a 5-10 min drive.

1 bedroom can be set up as a full office with sit/stand desk Monitors and key board upon request.

Great Location

Communicative host, clean, and adorable home! I brought coworkers down for training and team building. This location is very close to everything you need without traveling far but is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Home Away from Home

This Long Beach property was a perfect place for our family. The home was exactly as advertised. The accommodations were very comfortable and incredibly clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is garage parking, so no hunt for that precious street parking on the weekend. And the owner was provided timely and detailed communication. I was ready to book again for our next trip to the area before we had checked out. We highly recommend this property.
