Welcome to this bright, peaceful and centrally-located basement studio.

You can easily enjoy all that Nashville has to offer as we are within 15 min of the BNA airport and I-24 and only 30min from Downtown Nashville, Franklin, Music Row, etc.

When you arrive, you will drive down the driveway to your private, keypad accessible entrance in the back.

- Up to two pets allowed per stay.
- Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio.

Modern & Comfortable - Highly Recommend

The apartment was perfect! Newly remodeled and clean. Plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days. Having laundry available was a super nice benefit! We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Great Host

Host was a great communicator. She told us several times she was right there if we needed anything. The recliners were a bit hard to close for us senior folks to close. 😜 Quaint and very clean. We would definitely consider a return stay if we are back in this area!!

Very Pleased!

The property was as described and adorable! I took my teenagers to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday in Nashville. This was a perfect location for us, only 25 minutes to lower Broadway but away from all the hustle and bustle. We drove an hour to Cummins Falls and that was amazing! A 45 minute hike up stream to a beautiful waterfall & swimming hole. Definitely recommend, we had a blast there! This is a basement unit with the entrance in the back of the house. The parking was also in the back of the house which made unloading/loading very convenient. The parking area was in a fenced backyard, which made leaving my car in an unfamiliar area feel safe. Much nicer than having my car out front on the street while we spend out time in the basement in the back of the house. Definitely love the parking! The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The property manager checked in and was available through email/app. Super happy & would highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and Clean

This place was a gem of a place to stay! 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and centrally located to many awesome places. The property is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!!
