Brand new cottage studio with large bathroom and washer/dryer in unit. Fully furnished with a well-stocked full kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV and wireless internet included. Cottage is on a beautiful, shady, tree-lined street within walking distance to the cute downtown, parks, newly renovated city library, and a mile long walk/bike path. Close to some of Turlock’s best shops and restaurants.
This unit is within an easy day drive to the beautiful Central California coastal towns, such as Monterey, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Halfmoon Bay, and San Francisco, as well as up to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Yosemite! We are located close to several different wine countries as well; Napa, Livermore, Lodi, and Murphys. So much to do and see as you use this cottage as your home base for many Central California adventures!!
