There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

Great location and very hospitable, responsive host. Close to beaches and heart of Clearwater Beach without the crowds. No real dresser storage so living out of luggage for two weeks was not ideal and noise from bar out back was somewhat loud, but would highly recommend this VRBO overall.

Steps to the best beach

Just few steps to the best beach, the place was very nice, clean, cozy, quiet, no stairs up or down, very well maintained and comfortable, we enjoyed, we be back for sure

This property was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to popular restaurants and shops, but was located is a quieter, more residential area. Quick walk to the beach. Trolley stops close by made it easy to navigate without a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Much Needed Getaway

This property was a perfect fit for my husband and I. The accommodations were clean, fun theme, comfortable and the pool and location to the beach was perfect! The location fit our needs because we were just outside the busy restaurant and business area but everything was in walking distance. Our host was easily reachable and gave restaurant suggestions which was very helpful. I hope to return soon!

This property was perfect for me. It looked just as it did in the listing and the property manager Antoni was helpful and accommodating. This property is walking distance to all of the local businesses and the beach. I will definitely book another trip in the future at this location.

Overall stay was good.The room itself was a little underwhelming. Not what we pictured. Pictures made it look bigger than it was. Shower was not the nicest. Shower curtain was just a liner.Bed was a stiff king. There was only a room closet for storage and when staying a week, we needed some extra room. Not all is bad. Facility was generally nice but the location makes up for all of it. 5 minute walk to the beach. Absolute wonderful beaches. Also have jet ski company that offers tours básicos right out the front of facility. We loved our time there and was good for the budget. But will explore other options our next time in Clearwater.

The unit was exactly like the pictures. Amazing location steps away from the pool, 400 feet to the beach. The entire place was beautiful!!The area was within walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere, and didn’t need a rental car. If I return to Clearwater Beach this is where we would stay again.

Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Size worked for 2 people for a few days. Comfortable bed. Cute outdoor space/pool. Our biggest complaint was black mold seen on bathroom ceiling and under kitchen sink( it was growing on a cutting board) This is a big safety concern.

The picture and description of where i actually stayed is different than shown.

Because of the hurricane the host moved me to a different location. I assumed it would be similar to the location I originally booked but sadly it was not. I booked a condo with a kitchen and styled somewhat up to date. Where i ended up was old with no kitchen.

Nice but Hard to Navigate

The apartment was clean but the furniture was old and uncomfortable. No plug in the bathroom. No place to put shampoo etc in the shower. Could use more shelving in the bathroom and more electrical plugs in the bathroom/bedroom. Could not figure out how to use the microwave it was so old. Fan in the dining room didn’t work.

Great place to stay when visiting Clearwater Beach

My wife and I had a great weeks stay here on Clearwater Beach. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of spaces. The pool is heated which is nice as it was cool a couple of days during our stay. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laundry is handy and is free. It is just a short walk to the beach and a little further to the main restaurants downtown. We walked downtown a couple of times a day. The only issue was that there was a bar across the alley from our bedroom window. We weren't aware it was there so the first night when we heard voices around midnight it was a little disconcerting. After we determined the source of the voices it was no longer an issue. No loud music, just conversational voices. In general it is very peaceful and quiet around the property. All of the guests that were staying in the other units were very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with them out at the pool. We would definite stay again if we visit Clearwater Beach.

I feel some of the things in the listing were deceiving. The black bin near the pool where the first come first serve “beach chairs” were and the sand toys was a mess. I literally saw one beach chair one day sitting there and that was it. Never to be seen again. Our shower did not drain well at all and the overall cleanliness was a bit to be desired. We were moved because of a water issue which we understand was out of everyone’s control but to be “upgraded” to a 2 bedroom place when it was only 2 of us was not needed. We didn’t need to be “upgraded” to a bigger space. We wanted some reimbursement back for the room/reservation cost and to be moved to a one bedroom would have been sufficient. Overall we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Functional and Clean

I was quite comfortable at the VRBO. I was surprised that there was no outlet in the bathroom. It was very clean, but there were minor repairs that would be easily corrected such as peeling paint and a missing towel bar in the bathroom. Nonetheless I felt very safe as a single traveling woman. It was completely serviceable for my stay.
