This lovely, stone-clad finca can be found on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located far from the road on a plot of approximately 5,000 square meters, completely fenced with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk to the beach of Cala Santanyí.

On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and combi refrigerator and a double bedroom with shower room. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with tub and shower. All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can sleep undisturbed even with windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you look over pine groves and villas to the sea.

The living room on the ground floor opens to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, some olive trees and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently next to the terrace. Around the pool there are sun terraces with enough space for the sun loungers and a beautiful stone-clad outdoor shower.



Only about a kilometer away is the picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera. Also to Santanyí it is only about 4 kilometers. There you will find everything for your daily needs, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Worth a visit is f.e. the Santuari de Sant Salvador Monastery at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view over the island or perhaps the well-attended Sunday market in Felanitx. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador. Do not miss the kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita.
