We absolutely loved this house! Everything you need for an amazing stay. We were here with our girls for a dance competition and it was the perfect location away from the strip. Make sure you plan some down time to spend in the amazing pool and hot tub…that was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to Doug for quick communication as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this VRBO. Very close to the strip, but also far enough away. The family room has a "home away from home" feel.

Me and my friends really enjoyed the home. We came in town for a concert and the home was perfect for us! It allowed us to have our own privacy and come together when we wanted to and we enjoyed the little time in the pool! Definitely hope to return….

Great rental! Was not here for vacation but for work. Saved time and money staying here rather than the conference venue - and I definitely prefer the convenience of a home to a hotel room. Very well stocked home. Sparkling clean and fully functional pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Great new kitchen with huge island. Nice open kitchen/living layout for easy socializing. Good WiFi to work from home. Easy and nice host. Close to Vegas strip for entertainment. Would definitely return! Unless you have delivery, you’ll need a car for any groceries or supplies, but more than enough places deliver. Easy and enjoyable rental. Thanks!

About the host

Host profile image
I'm a displaced Wisconsin farm kid. I spent the better part of my life working in Customer Success/Satisfaction. Put those two things together and you get an honest guy who truly cares that your vacation/work trip/relocation lives up to your expectations.

Yes, this is now how I make my living. You will interact directly with me, the owner, not a call center at a large corporation that has jumped on the short term rental bandwagon.

Paying my fair share in taxes and following the law are important to me. I take pride my City of Las Vegas license. The taxes associated with your stay (13%) are paid each month.

Why they chose this property

Location, Style, Amenities. This home hits them all. The open floor plan great room is perfect for all guests to be involved in events of your trip. The oversized island is perfect for the chef of the group to show off, while the others are fixated by your skills.

Step into the back yard and enjoy the 2022 newly installed pool and spa. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for barbecuing or easy socializing.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighborhood, newly updated home, close to freeways and Lyft/UBER rides.
