Diese Ferienwohnung, die Vermieterin und auch die "guten Seelen" im Erdgeschoss müssen gelobt werden.Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, schön, liegt ruhig, ist gemütlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Sehr kurzfristig haben wir gebucht, trotzdem war bei unserer Ankunft alles wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt auch eben trotz unserer kurzfristigen Anreise kurz vor Silvester. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Das Ehepaar im Erdgeschoss ist eine besondere Dreingabe. Mit Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit wurden wir empfangen. Gute Tipps und Hilfestellung haben wir auch erhalten. Unsere Privatsphäre war aber zu jederzeit gewahrt. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für die tollen Tage!

Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr angenehmer Kontakt zu den Großeltern im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir haben mit unserer erwaschsenen Tochter dort Urlaub gemacht und aufgrund der Lage konnten wir viele Ziele gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir können diese modern eingerichtete und großzügig gestaltete Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Es ist eine Wohlfühloase für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Die Präsentation dieser Wohnung und die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen dem, was uns das Original genauso geboten hat. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und im Inland. Da man sowieso etwas fahren muss, um diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zu erleben, ist dies ein idealer Standort. Meine Frau und ich waren sehr begeistert von der unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Großeltern der Vermieterin, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt bei so einem herzlichen und sympathischen Miteinander. Die 7 Tage, die wir Anfang August am wunderschönen Bodensee verbracht haben, waren wirklich einzigartig. Das Wetter war ideal, die Landschaft traumhaft und es gab viel zu unternehmen. Wir haben einige Tage vorab eine Email mit allen wichtigen Informationen vom Vermieter erhalten. Der Check In war damit ganz einfach. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Zwei-Parteien Haus. In der unteren Wohnung leben die Großeltern des Vermieters, die sehr hilfsbereit und super nett waren. Wer etwas Abseits der Touristen Hotspots wohnen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben, mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man Meersburg und Hagnau in 30 min.

Reise an den Bodensee

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten direkt die Wohnung beziehen, obwohl wir etwas früher da waren, vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene groß genug, sicher wäre ein 2tes Bad oder ein separate WC besser gewesen, aber das wussten wir. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, welch ein Luxus bei den Temperaturen, schlafen also kein Problem unter dem Dach. Die Küche war sehr spärlich eingerichtet, hier gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Für unsere Unternehmungen lag die Wohnung perfekt und wir können sie ohne weitere weiterempfehlen.

Beim Objekt handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles genauso, wie beschrieben. Auch die Lage ist super, für allerlei Unternehmungen rund um den Bodensee. Positiv überrascht hat uns die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. 👍 Wenn wir mal wieder Urlaub am Bodensee machen, wird diese Wohnung definitiv unsere erste Wahl sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausreichende Ausstattung und eine Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern. Auf dem vorderen Balkon Sonnenschirm und Markise vorhanden. Unten wohnen die Großeltern der Vermieterin, die sehr nett und gerne Ausflugstipps geben. 😀Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rundum zufrieden

Eine große, sehr komfortable Wohnung, in der nichts gefehlt und man sich direkt heimisch gefühlt hat! Die Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Temperaturen ein guter Bonus, neben den beiden Balkonen und zwei Parkplätzen. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig aber nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zum Zentrum. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir haben den Urlaub rundum genossen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, nicht zu weit entfernt von Meersburg, mit dem Fahrrad in 35 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Das ältere Ehepaar im Erdgeschoss verdient ein großes Lob… sehr hilfsbereit, stets freundlich und gute Tipps bekamen wir auch ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Guten Gewissens 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir haben die Zeit in Bermatingen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß (wir waren zu zweit dort) und hervorragend mit sehr viel Stauflächen eingerichtet, die Lage idyllisch. Nur zu empfehlen!
