We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Parking was a dream—right in front of the unit, which made things so much easier with our three kids. The pool was just around the corner and we often had it all to ourselves, which was such a treat. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away and absolutely beautiful, especially on our early morning walks. We loved the peaceful, quiet vibe of the Port Royal area. It felt like a relaxing home base, but we could still easily drive to explore other attractions on the island. Highly recommend!

Easter getaway

Condo was as pictured, it was clean with a workable kitchen. Loved the walk-in showers. If you’re towing a lot of gear I/e luggage, food, coolers etc. be mindful of the cement steps no elevator. The walk to beach is short with sidewalks and the on grounds pool is nice.

We actually were unable to stay as the A/C was being worked on for it had broke right when we got there, however I will say the condo looks exactly like the photos. I was disappointed I didn’t get to stay in this one as it was super nice and inviting.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and beautifully upgraded. So comfortable and quiet. It is located in a great location-- walking distance to the beach, nearby stores and restaurants. The booking process and communication was easy. Will definitely recommend it!

It was a nice trip for our family during thanksgiving break. Weather was favorable and thanksgiving activities made our trip more enjoyable at hilton head. the pace we stayed was neat and clean and accessible to beach and other close by areas. We made a trip Savannah which was an hour away from where we stayed.

Important information left off listing

Rooms were fine, and location to the beach was fine. They do not tell you until the cancellation period has closed that you cannot bring kayaks or bike racks on your vehicle. A major part of our reason to vacation here. Very frustrating and should be listed ahead of time. If you want somewhere to walk across to the beach it will be fine but felt incredibly shady and frustrating these things were only disclosed after we could no longer cancel, especially since they're such popular activities in hilton head.

Nice Place

The condo was clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you’ll need to cook meals. The beds were comfortable with firm pillows. The bathrooms were beautiful with plenty of towels and toiletries. Living and eating area is spacious with games and a nice TV with Netflix access. Only short fall is the coffee maker (personal preference), it’s a K-cup. I wish it was regular drip.

Not worth the money

We arrived to find dirty sheets on our bed, so we did laundry until midnight(after driving 8 hrs and cooking dinner). The floor was not clean, so the staff had to come the next morning to clean. The WiFi was out during our stay, and no one was sent to help restore. The unit itself is in a good location, with walkable beach access. Shuttle service is also accessible nearby. The pool was nice. The kitchen was small with no pantry. The furnishings were nice but dusty. The Vacasa staff needs to replace the cleaning staff, followed by a quality check prior to arrival! That’s what you should receive at this price point, and that’s what they claim they give. This was NOT provided, and it really started our quick vacation on the wrong foot.

We go to Hilton head to fish and bike and beach. The rooms were fine and it’s a fine place if you only want to go to the beach. They list kayaking and cycling as activities in the area. We always bring our kayaks in the back of my truck. It wasn’t until the no cancellation time period was over that they sent an email saying no kayaks, no bike carriers allowed on vehicles. Completely removed the things we do there. If they have rules like that they should be listed at the onset, it’s a cheap marketing gimmick to screw people over like that having rules that don’t allow equipment for the activities you list. So for anyone reading. If you just walk across to the beach it’s fine, but don’t book if you want to bring bikes or kayaks as they won’t tell you until the no cancellation window is closed.
