Located in the beautiful and locals favorite historic avenues district, you`re walking distance to the heart of downtown and the best bars and eateries in the state. Close to the convention center, Vivint Arena (home of the Jazz), City Creek Center for world class shopping, museums, Temple Square, and still only 45 minutes to world class skiing in the Cottonwoods, 45 minutes to Park City, & only 15 minutes to the airport. Includes a smart TV, & work space with a ton of natural light & fast wifi!
Walking into the apartment you can either turn right into the living room/TV area or left into the dedicated work space. This living room has a sofa sleeper and continuing through the apartment brings you into the second living area and to the second sofa sleeper. Through the next door brings you into the kitchen, and down the hall you`ll find the bathroom and closet space.
The entire apartment is yours.
No parties or events. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or events, regardless of any damages.
No smoking. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in unit, regardless of any damages.
