My family lives in the Orlando area. We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years. We absolutely love NSB. We have enjoyed this home for many years. We purchased the home from a movie director that rebuilt this home but kept a lot of the character from the original home when it was built in 1942. We have loved coming here and building great memories with our kids. With the ocean steps away from our front door and shops and restaurants on the famous Flagler Avenue just 1 mile away, makes this a great location.

We purchased the home from a movie director that rebuilt this home but kept a lot of the character from the original home when it was built in 1942. The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath beach house with an upstairs balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. This pictures do not do justice to this home. It is quite unique. With the ocean steps away from our front door and shops and restaurants on the famous Flagler Avenue just 1 mile away, makes this a great location.
What makes this property unique
This home can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. It has everything. Smart TVs, full kitchen with all utensils, plates and cooking ware. Washer and dryer included in the home. The outdoor back patio is great for grilling or hanging out. The upstairs balcony has great views of the Atlantic Ocean and a great place to soak up the Florida sun. Very clean and updated décor with just a 15 second walk to the beach.
